I called these guys up cuz my heat and hot water was busted. Lucky for me, they had a tech nearby who came over quick. In no time, my heat and hot water was back on. These guys were super helpful and gave me great service.

My furnace broke down right before Christmas in Dec 2021. I called the number on the unit for repair and "Anthony" came out within 24 hours on Saturday. He said it needed to be replaced and not repaired. It was very cold outside, and he said he would bring me a space heater, but he didn't. He came on Monday to do the installation, but I couldn't be there. My neighbor let him in, and I said I would be back early to meet him before he left. When I got home at 4:30, he was gone, and he didn't go over things with me, which is mandatory. I had no instruction manual or warranty papers, which is also mandatory. I called him several times, but he gave me attitude and said some rude things. I didn't know where the filter goes into the unit, how to access it, what size to buy, and how often to change it to not void the warranty. I sent him 2-3 emails over the next couple of months asking him to provide the owner's manual, warranty, and to return 2 5-6' lengths of MY copper pipe he removed from the hot water tank, which he also replaced. He insisted the manual & warranty were stuck to the furnace, but I couldn't find it. It's been almost 6 months, and he has given me no documents except his invoice. I sent more emails, but he's rude and wants nothing to do with me. I still have no manual or warranty, and I want my two lengths of 1/2" copper pipe returned as requested 5 months ago, 3 months ago, and one month ago. I will contact someone else to service my new unit because I do NOT want him back in my house.

I was so happy with the service from Pacific Coast Heating Services Ltd. They booked me on a good day and sent the tech who had been to the house before. They gave me a good price which was very fair. The tech was great and on time. He taught and told us everything about the issues. He has my highest recommendation.

Got a flyer from Pacific Coast Heating Services Ltd. and called them to fix our furnace. The guys who came said the motor was busted and it would cost us almost $1000 to fix it. They also said we could save on GST if we paid cash. Since we're gonna demolish the house next year, we thought we'd just use space heaters for the winter. I told them we'd think about it. Later, another guy checked the furnace and saw that the Pacific Coast guys left it open. He cleaned the ignitor and it's been working fine since. I asked Pacific Coast for a written quote, but they didn't give me one. Also, after they left, our hot water stopped working. I don't know if they did it on purpose so we'd need the repairs more. Just a heads up for others - I don't trust this company.
