There are two self paced classes that I purchased for my daughter. The classes clearly state that there is teacher support for 8 weeks but she has access to the material for an entire year. Well, she only had access to the material for 8 weeks. The customer service member I talked to said that because the parent has access to the material via the transcripts tab nothing would be done to fix it. The parent isn’t the one learning the information or the one that needs it. Most importantly the parent wasn’t the one promised a full year of access. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she started ignoring me. No one has spoken to me since. I asked for a refund and a phone number- they won’t even answer me anymore. Completely unacceptable. I either need the product I paid for or a refund.
Claimed loss: Half the cost of the two classes- $415
Desired outcome: Give my learner access to the material I paid for. Or give me a refund since the contract was not fulfilled.
