I received a damaged order in January of this year. I sent them pictures and a description of damage. They would not do anything. I contacted my credit card company and outdoor unlimited told them I never sent any complaint. I lost more than one hundred dollars in ammo and the customer service, a younger fellow told me they won't even talk to UPS about my claim. I was a good customer for years of this company. Please do not order from these guys until they replace the customer service employee's. If you have any issues they wont help and the money you saved won't cover the loss.
