I have forgotten my password to my origin account as well as the email that is connected to the account. I have rang up numerous times and stated the information they are asking I dont remember everything as some of the details are from years ago I couldnt possibly remember. I also asked to speak to a supervisor which the lady then hung up on me, a few nights ago I also rang and was told I verified the account but the system was down so he couldnt update my email address and to call back. Which I have done and now there has been a stuff around. I have spent a lot of money on the sims 4 and expansion packs that I have now lost because the staff cant recover my account. I am furious at the least. I want my account back as I want to play my game THAT I HAVE PAID FOR!

Desired outcome: For me to get my account back!
