* I bought Opel insignia 2018 zero from the agent (Mansour Egypt).
*I made 30000 Km, 2 weeks ago (28 Dec.2019) I got an Engine Alarm, the agent indicate its the Gas Pedal System & its manufacturer problem in 2018 model.
*The agent said the spare in not available & it will take 10 days.
* After 10 days they said the manufacturer is doing modifications on the Gas Pedal & it will not be available before march 2020 ?
* I asked for spare car to drive till the problem is solved they refused.
*The question is since you know that there is a manufacturer problem in the Insignia 2018 model why You did not call the customers & change the faulty Gas pedal instead of leaving the customer to face the problem & how the agent does not have the spares on his stock.
ITS NOT ACCEPTED TO PARK THE CAR FOR 90 DAYS BECAUSE THE SPARE IS NOT AVILABLE IN THE AGENT OR IN THE EGYPTIAN MARKET...
