I recently used OnlineAuction to bid on a watch that was advertised as a man's watch. However, when I received the watch, I realized that it was actually a women's watch. I was very disappointed and felt like I had been misled by the seller. I paid 700 Euros for the watch, which is a lot of money to me.
When I contacted customer service to try to resolve the issue, I was met with absolute intransigence. They were not willing to help me in any way and basically told me that it was my problem and that I was out of luck. I was very frustrated and upset by this response.
