They offered a platinum package where they said they would do the ground work for me and that I would receive a packet in the mail in 2days well it's been a good 2wks and no packet but they charged my debit card for $34 after the $300 I paid for the platinum and if possible I want a full refund bc I am on disability and I don't have that kind of money period

Hi there,I used *** Online Divorce for my divorce paperwork. I paid the platinum fee for months on end and was told that this business can serve the paperwork if he is out of state. He was in UT at the time and had the papers sent there based off of my last conversation with my ex of where he lived. The courts have now contacted me asking for proof of service and I am trying to get that through the company but no one is helping me. I have asked to speak to the manager multiple times only to get send to voicemail and not get a call back. The courts said they can process the paperwork with proof that he received the papers but the company is not helping me. I'm not sure what to do and I am really stressed about it. The courts said I need to work with this paperwork or start over from scratch. The company won't refund me any money for the service not provided and I can not get ahold of a manager. I don't have money to go through a new company and was under the impression that this company could help.Please advise, thank you.Grace
