Berd & Klauss are the worst immigration lawyers ever. They con you into signing their retainer agreement and then after you pay them you never hear from them again. Please avoid hiring them at all costs as they will definitely use you and throw you away and then never help you with your case. I spent $5000 on these animals and all they did was take my money and not do anything! Avoid hiring these losers at all costs! PS Patrick Klauss tried to touch my penis in the bathroom while my wife was in the bathroom! Freaks!

Alex Berd & Patrick Klauss
These two pieces of ###, Immigration Lawyers Patrick Klauss and Alex Berd, of the Bard & Klauss law firm, are the most incompetent, unethical, thieving, criminal minded immigration lawyers that ever walked the face of the earth.
I gave them my credit card number to charge me a $200 consultation fee, and instead they charged me a total of 6 separate times for $2000 each on my American Express Black Card while I was on a business trip to Beijing China.
When I returned from this trip I called them and asked them why they would do such a thing - none of them would take my calls.
Finally their secretary called me and told me they had every right to charge me, because they did work for me and my case and therefore I OWED them this money, and I couldn't believe my ears.
I will never do business with these people again and I urge you all to stay away from these lying, cheating, dishonest criminals.
If you have also ever been royally screwed by these two fraudster attorneys please do the following:
(1) immediately call your credit card company and do a credit card chargeback;
(2) soon thereafter file a fee dispute against them by contacting the NYCLA Fee Dispute Committee at 14 Vesey Street, New York, NY phone number [protected]; and
(3) finally file a detailed and scathing disciplinary complaint with the Departmental Disciplinary Committee at 61 Broadway, New York, NY 10006 telephone number [protected].
Together, uniting all of our forces for good and justice, we can fight these scourges of humanity and bring justice to the immigrants these people are oppressing and exploiting, with their evil greedy ways.
