Poor Customer Service at O'Neill's: Don't Expect a Response
O'Neill's customer service is pretty bad, to be honest. They never answer their customer service phone number, which they advertise all over the place. If you're trying to return something or have a problem with your order, good luck getting a hold of a real person. I wouldn't buy anything more than a t-shirt from them, just to be safe.
Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays from O'Neill
So, I ordered some stuff from O'Neill and they charged me right away. They said it was shipped, but it's been 9 days and the tracking says they're still waiting for the order. I sent two emails to customer service, but they haven't responded in 3 days. I tried calling, but I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then they hung up on me. I'm so mad that I'm filing a claim with my bank. I don't think I'll ever order from them again.

So, I ordered a wetsuit from O'Neill on April 22nd. It arrived on April 26th, but unfortunately, it had some damage. I had to send it back to O'Neill, and they received it on May 2nd. It's now May 13th, and I'm still waiting for my refund so I can order a new wetsuit. I reached out to customer service, and they told me that the return process can take up to 4 weeks! That's crazy! If it takes that long, it will be about 6 weeks from the time I placed my order to the time I receive a new wetsuit. By then, I won't even need one anymore this year. This return process is moving slower than a snail on a hot summer day. It's absolutely insane!
