I recently made a purchase from Tuned In Tokyo and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered three boxes and was disappointed to receive the same shirt nine times, along with three long sleeve shirts and three hoodies. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with a response that I found to be ridiculous at best.

To make matters worse, I had trouble finding a phone number to contact customer service in the first place. Overall, I would not recommend Tuned In Tokyo to anyone looking for quality products and reliable customer service. Instead, I suggest checking out HARDTUNED for a better experience.

I ain't gonna lie, I'm pretty disappointed with Tuned In Tokyo. I was really excited to get my hands on their "Holiday Bundle" and placed my order more than 20 days ago. But guess what? Still no product. I mean, come on guys, they missed Christmas! And to make matters worse, I haven't received any updates on when my order will actually ship.

I've seen some positive reviews for this company, but honestly, I'm starting to think they're fake. Like, who in their right mind would give a good review for a company that can't even get their orders out on time? Unless they're a plant, or one of the lucky few customers that Tuned In Tokyo actually gives a $#*! about.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Tuned In Tokyo. I was really looking forward to rocking their gear, but now I'm not so sure. Hopefully they can get their act together and start treating their customers better. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I placed my order with Tuned In Tokyo about a month ago, and it's been almost 27 days now, but I haven't received anything yet. I tried to contact their customer service, and they told me that my order would be shipped out by the end of the week. However, another week passed, and I still haven't received anything. When I contacted them again, they told me that my order would be shipped out next week.

Honestly, I'm feeling pretty ripped off at this point. I understand that sometimes things can get delayed, but it's been almost a month now, and I still haven't received my order. I was really excited to get my hands on the items I ordered, but now I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever receive them.

I'm not sure what's going on with Tuned In Tokyo, but I hope they can get their act together soon. It's frustrating to wait so long for something and not receive any updates or information about what's going on. I'm not sure if I would order from them again in the future, but I'll wait and see if my order ever arrives before making any final decisions.

I gotta say, I'm pretty surprised by all the haters out there. I decided to give Tuned In Tokyo a try a few weeks back and I was blown away by how fast my order arrived. And let me tell you, everything looked straight up fire. The hoodie I got was a little snug (definitely size up, fam), but the customer service team was on it and got me sorted out in no time. They were super friendly and professional, too. I'm definitely gonna be coming back for more of their dope clothes. Highly recommend!

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Tuned In Tokyo. I placed an order for my son's birthday gift on August 10th, 2021, and it's been stuck in the same status since August 17th, which is "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." His birthday is on September 8th, so I'm starting to get pretty worried that it won't arrive in time.

To make matters worse, my mother also bought a gift for him from their website around the same time I placed my order, and she hasn't received anything either. I sent an email to their customer service team, but I haven't received a response. I even tried posting on their Facebook page, but still no luck.

What's really frustrating is that their website claims that orders "Ships Out Within 1-2 Days." I mean, come on, that's just false advertising. I have an order confirmation email that proves I placed my order, but I can't even attach it here because I don't know how to convert it from email format to a file format that I can upload.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with Tuned In Tokyo. I was excited to get my son a cool birthday gift, but now I'm not sure if it'll even arrive in time. I hope they can get their act together and start delivering on their promises.
