i have claimed my refund however upon reviewing the details of the refund i noticed that the card numbers do not match the card numbers of the cards i used to pay for my holiday. the refund has been split over 2 cards which we did use 2 cards to pay, one mine and the other my fiances but none of the ending numbers match those of any of our cards or even account numbers. The live chat service is closed which is a joke and they have a phone number that is not recognised. what can i do?
