OctaFX review: Deposit not credited

I am very disappointed with my experience. My ₹5,000 UPI account is (PhonePe) deposit was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Octa trading account. I have already submitted the payment proof, transaction details, and my bank statement as requested. However, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to submit my bank statement again, which I have already done. Despite providing all the required documents multiple times, the issue remains unresolved.
