Your case is exactly the same as mine. My passphrase is kept in a really safe place out of no one's reach but to my surprise one day, all my balance disappeared!

I just have to repeat myself and state that it’s been nothing but a pleasant experience using the Atomic Wallet.
I’ve also download it onto my PC, which was also very easy to do.
I’m sure the development team is going to continue to improve the atomic CryptoWarp its functions in uses. I would like to request if you guys have a beta team to test out new functions or new products you come up with I would love to be part of it.
Also, I’m not sure if you have an ambassador’s program but if you do, I hope you’ll consider me a candidate. That’s how pleased I am with the Atomic Crypto Wallet…! I have been a beta tester for several different wallets and Blockchain tech.

I review different. Cryptocurrency projects, DEX’s, exchanges., and crypto, wallets, hot and cold. I will be adding atomic wallet to my review. Please keep improving your wallet because I am of the opinion that anyone in the crypto sector should have at least one atomic wallet I recommend to my community to have at least five different wallet and I am very convinced atomic wallet is in the top two.

I rarely write a review but this app deals with finance and holding your money. I downloaded this app and went through all the proper instructions on setting up. Once done I was navigating the wallet to make my first transaction and noticed something…

Multiple transactions on my newly activated account? Huge transactions dating back months! Immediately I cleared the account and re-downloaded then setup the account again and the SAME THING. As this is a MAJOR SECURITY ISSUE. I contacted them. 3 days later I got a response asking for screen shots. Which I supplied. Imagine my surprise as this MAJOR SECURITY ISSUE is now a WEEK OLD. With a singular response asking for screenshots.

This wallet is NOT SECURE. They don’t care about your money. I suggest you find a wallet with just a basic amount of customer service and small amount of concern for their own security.

I’m happy I noticed this before I lost any money with them. I hope this review saves you the time and concern. Hopefully this review finds its way to someone at this company who actually cares about security and customer service.

I expect a canned response from the developer under this review. Feel free to search your emails for my complaint. Maybe think about addressing it. Sorry, I’m not sorry your support team is “overwhelmed” nobody cares they are “overwhelmed” when they are talking about transactions that involve their own money….

I tried to send out Aave from my atomic wallet twice . First time it charged me $38 worth of eth and later noticed that my Aave haven’t been deposit in my Coinbase pro account, I went online to see the transaction history it say transaction drop and my eth have not returned to my atomic wallet but my Aave was still there. I contacted them they ask for the transaction info I did provided still nothing. So I say ok I will try to send it again believing that my eth will be returned later. Second time trying to send out Aave again they charge me $76 worth of eth and again it say send lol but no Aave on my Coinbase pro account the Aave are still seating on atomic wallet as of now it’s been 2 month since this issue am out of my eth twice and Aave still in atomic wallet. The funny thing is I try to see what they going to charge me if I try again for the third timeGUESS WHAT $390 they asking to sent out $260 Aave ok.I have been in crypto currency since 2013 and Atomic team you guys should know your first customers those who as help you by using your app when it was super amateur doing transaction with atomic wallet which help you guys to develop a better app as time goes on. Think about tomorrow not just today’s gain. Some people just wait for the right time to finally demand answers about your actions. It doesn’t hurt me to wait for the right time one day I will demand answer . No need for Alex to reach out

I made a transfer over two months ago. One crypto to another. They advertise that they support over ‘X’ number of coins. Problem is, if they stop supporting them, you are stuck in no man’s land. I have a value of $2,500 of crypto that has been sitting PROCESSING for over 2 months. In 2 months there has been crypto craze and this could easily be worth 10x this amount if I could access it.
So what are my options you ask? I can wait until their partner starts using this coin again, or I can get a full refund in the original coin. Guess what needs to happen before I can get the refund in the original coin? The partner has to start using the coin again. So I can wait and get my original coin or I can wait and get my Bitcoin. How long will it be? Nobody knows. A week? Month? Year? Never?

Then atomic is going to come on here and say “oh we’re so sorry. We want to reimburse you with some crypto to make it up to you. Contact us.” Then you contact them and they say, “we don’t know what review you’re associated with. Can you send us a link?”
Go ahead and try to find a link to a review you’ve posted on your phone in the App Store. Go on. I’ll wait.

All done? Can’t do it? Well they look good in their review response and that’s all that really matters. It’s a sleazy way to bring in customers and then push the blame on someone else. But I downloaded YOUR app. I am using YOUR wallet. I traded based off of YOUR statements that you support that crypto. Now I’m stuck without MY money and I have literally no options.

What a joke.

The developer response was canned and incorrect (there is an issue with the exchange rate, but it isn’t their fault).

Having traded forex for over 10 years and crypto for over 5 I know quite a bit about value. The issue I had want about hidden fees but rather the third party partner who buys your asset and then inflated the price on the “pair”. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue with counts that have an actual pair like BTC/ETH, but with h coins that have no such pair, the process is simply buy this sell them that. If the sell them that is inflated, you get ripped off because there is no display of the coins value in the UI.

All this being said, AtomicWallet resolved my issue and their support team is amazing. From 1 to 4 stars (please fix the valuation display issue)

Their token exchange parter (ChangeNow) rips customers off by charging an insane exchange rate.

I exchanged 370 worth of XLM and received $190 with of the AntomicWallet coin AWC). After fighting with support for both AtomicWallet and ChangeNow, all they had to say was (we don’t control the prices...true, but the going rate at the time for AWC (worst case) was .79c so I should have received somewhere near 480 AWC but instead I received 318 so my rate was more like $1.489 and this coon has not been over a dollar for months.

They also lean on the “Well you could have cancelled when you saw the exchange” while forgetting that they don’t display the coin values during the exchange. You don’t know you’ve been robbed until it’s over.

At first they seemed so trusting. They have been in the industry for a long time. I have never imagined that this will happen to me. I used atomicwallet thinking of their reputation but the wallet itself had a bug! I deposited some crypto, converter them from within the app, then went to my atomicwallet. But when it was time to transfer it, the app crashed and when I opened it up again, my funds were gone! The specific wallet that is supposed to be locked in the atomic wallet was changed! And the support people said that it was impossible to happen! Well, it happened to me, how is that impossible?! Now, it will be almost two weeks that their dev team is investigating my case but did not came up with a solution. They told me to open an old version, open it on a different wallet, telling me they are working on it, but man..two weeks! I need my funds back to me. The support actually showed me that my funds was still in the blockchain! That the exchange was successful and my funds went to a specific wallet that was supposed to be locked within the atomicwallet, but on my case, it changed to a different wallet, that is why I cannot access my crypto anymore. And because of this BUG, they are holding up my funds up to now! I am continually battling my right to get my funds back to me. I told them if there's a BUG, then your dev team should deal with it, but for the meantime you need to pay me the equivalent amount of crypto that was hold up because of your wallet's BUG! In fact I should have awarded more because of all my inconveniences. But I'm only asking for what is really mine, yet they won't give me my own funds! I feel like this wallet is all a SCAM!

They stole $27000 from me since yesterday no one had my 12 word passphrase and I didn’t share it as I’m very very protective of my crypto assets. Online support said there’s nothing they can do and was asking me if I had any other online accounts so that they could attack them as well, and I’m pretty sure the representative took the rest of it I’ll give him some information and then the other last $150 that was in there all of a sudden disappeared I’ve had this app for a year and never had one issue so I’m telling you it may be a day it may be a week it may be a year but they’re going to take your money it’s happened to hundreds of thousands of people so far please stay away from this app and save your money I don’t know what my and my family is going to do Because that’s everything we had put back and work so hard to save we thought we could make a little profit and increase our savings due to all the crypto expansion here lately, so we used the one google suggested. they claim to be safe but they are not and they won’t protect yourself or your money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP! Don’t be the guy writing this review telling other people to stay away because your life savings was just taken

in response to the developers response I understand that it’s a decentralized wallet but I promise you I know I was a victim of a scam but I never give my keys to anybody I never give nobody an opening to take my money he got in through atomic wallet site somewhere through their protocol somewhere through there back door if there’s a front door there Hass to be a back door somewhere it might be encrypted out the wise zoo but I guarantee if there’s a will there’s a way

3/1 Update: Bought $300 worth of bitcoin. Tried to send the Bitcoin and it’s been in a pending state for 5 days now. Contacted support and their response was:

“It looks like both transactions failed to register on blockchain, tx hash can not be found on block explorer. No BTC was deducted from your balance”.

This rep obviously didn’t do any research on my account and only searched the blockchain because I still have $0 USD and 0 BTC in my account now God only know if I will ever see the $300 they took from me.

3/4 Update: Sent rep screenshots of my zero balances and to either give me my money or complete the bitcoin transfer. Also asked why he would say there was nothing deducted when there clearly was and had screenshots to prove it. The rep has now not responded for 5days. All signs point to a SCAM and I would highly recommend never putting money into this wallet. I will continue to update as necessary.

3/7 Update: So the cowards at Atomic Wallet have still not responded to a simple $300 transfer. This was literally my 2nd transfer until getting screwed. They baited me by allowing a $100 transfer to go through and then took $300 on my next transfer. Don’t ever use this wallet and don’t trust the fake reviews.

3/10 Update: Still no reply from customer service in almost 2 weeks. Bitcoin transfer of $300 still shows pending. No transactions being found on blockchain. Merchant says that is because Atomic Wallet has not even started the transfer. Last I hear from Atomic Wallet was that the funds weren’t taken out of my account but when I provided proof and screenshots that is was, they have refused to respond. Been buying and sending crypto for years and this is the worst wallet and customer service I have ever come across. Stay away

NOTE: I already own a few hard wallets. This is the only decentralized non-custodial app wallet that I've come across. This an outstanding piece of software.

After the major US exchanges caved to the SEC and and delisted XRP, I began to seek other avenues that facilitated XRP-related transactions. I looked at smaller exchanges, but couldn't be bothered with the KYC. I came across the AtomicWallet co-founder's tweet about the simplicity and security of their wallet.
I was skeptical at first. However, after doing some research on the wallet and it's security features, I deemed it appropriately necessary to have this installed and serve as a cold app wallet. There's no account, so there's no KYC for basic operations like buying crypto.
Yes, that means you don't have to take pictures of sensitive material just to have the ability to trade/buy/sell crypto. You could even stake on a few.

Again, I place an ephasis on the no account part. The only way you could get hacked is if someone gets a hold of your 12 worded seed, which is the same case with hardware wallets, give or take. You can also set up API's for different crypto wallets and even generate addresses for them. Their ability to host over 120 different cryptocurrencies is second to none. I personally have no use for the Visa credit card option, but it is definitely huge of them to incorporate this option for users seeking a hardware wallet, and need some sort of short-term storage or trading. Though, I have no problem storing my crypto in the Atomic Wallet.

In 10 years of being an iOS user, I've never written an app review. This is the first app review that I've ever posted, which should add to the impressiveness of this app. The developers went above and beyond with this concept and holding true of their commitment to ensure privacy and security. Hats off.

Started out noticing a transaction of my nano currency did not transfer over. Contacted customer support she knowledged my problem so they were working to fix it. Suggested I transfer my money to a different exchange import my wallet and get a different representative to access the currency if I needed it before they could resolve the issue. I did this. Next thing I know I have no currency. I contact customer support who tells me the exact opposite of what she said that my transaction went through and that there was no currency in the wallet. Shortly there after I make a transaction where I have a total of .0041 bitcoinAnd I would draw .0023 for trade and all my bitcoin is gone now. There’s no documentation of it on the Blockchain, no documentation of it on my order history but they swear that I must been hacked. There will be documentation on the order history. It’s just gone and they will do nothing to help me. I supplied multiple screenshots showing the deposits And the withdrawal for trade and explain to them simple addition and subtraction and the math does not lie and math is consistent no matter what they offered no help whatsoever. Refuses to let me speak with a supervisor and basically keeps saying that my account has been hacked and it must be a security issue. Nobody has access to my phone. I live alone. I work by myself. We’re under quarantine and I downloaded this app less than two weeks ago. Tell me how I’ve been hacked. They’re a bunch of thieves and scammers and once you notice it you just go round and round and round with them. I gave up because I’m sick of messing with them. You can’t make a thief honest anyways. I’m really mad but I’m taking it as a loss because I can’t even stand to deal with them anymore. If you like keeping what yours do not download this app. Please learn your lesson from my experience don’t learn it yourself

Strangely I was unable to add more dogecoin or xrpBecause allegedly the pairing option was unavailable at the moment. But when I checked to see if it was possible to trade Xrp or dogecoin into Another crypto, all the sudden the pairing worked again. In my opinion this is just more market manipulation and I’m taking my assets and leaving. Stay away from this wallet. Review date February 6

I’m not emailing you guys anymore about anything! I’ve emailed you guys hundreds of times begging for help and you weren’t there when I needed it and I never got a response from an actual person just some automated message basically telling me that there’s nothing that can be done. You guys need to get your stuff together because there’s other wallets and exchanges I don’t have these problems at all and it’s straight up looks like you guys manipulate the market conveniently when coins and cryptocurrency’s start to skyrocket and stop people like us from being able to make the money that we should be free to do! You are extremely untrustworthy wallet and literally none of your exchanges and pairing works! So if you want to know what pairs I want available I would say all of them because literally none of them work so don’t act like whatever I ask you for is going to get done and stop talking to people about how overwhelmed you are with the overload of people using your application. Coin base is the most used exchange and they literally never have problems like this and they have probably 100 times the amount of customers using their application that you guys but strangely you guys can’t get a single thing to work on your application. This application has cost me tens of thousands of dollars and I’ve moved all my assets that I can out of it do not use Atomic Wallet the customer service is garbage and they are completely corrupted with market manipulation!

Issues with Atomic Wallet
The transaction history for each coin in atomic wallet is not showing the staking rewards by date along with the details (i.e., amount, value, etc). This should be a feature in the mobile app. The rewards are great but for tax purposes, users need to see when each reward is deposited and the dollar value of each transaction within the app itself.
The mobile app lists both the BAND (mainnet) and the BAND (Eth), but the desktop app only lists the BAND (mainnet). The BAND (Eth) does not show in the Search results. I managed to send my BAND ERC20 from Coinbase to Atomic Wallet, however, since BAND ERC20 cannot be staked to earn rewards, this should be clarified in the mobile and desktop wallet apps. It shows two different BAND Protocol tokens and it's not clearly defining the difference between the two. BAND (Mainnent) should be listed on both the wallet main page and on the “Stake and Earn” Page as "BAND (Mainnet)" or indicate "BAND (ERC20)" on the “Stake and Earn” page with 0% interest. The difference is not intuitively obvious and somewhat misleading. I thought I could earn rewards on my BAND investment, but didn't realize there are two types, the BAND ERC20 not being able to earn rewards is disappointing.
For the main screen in the desktop version, this screen needs to be able to be sorted by crypto/coin name and/or symbol, balance, and or dollar value. The Search window in the upper right corner should be on a separate line by itself and the column headings for the rest of the page should start on the next line as follows to make the main screen easier to use:

In the desktop wallet, the “Assets for Staking” screen is not sorting on the first column. I can get the list to sort properly by clicking on the other columns, but the sort on the first column “Assets for Stake” is not sorting alphabetically.

I’m new to using this wallet and wanted to send over my holdings to have them in one place so I was sending a small amount to test out this week. 2 days to get assistance the first time & the guy #1 helping me through telegram was able solve solve the problem in 10 minutes. He was a rockstar. You guys need 30 of him.
Yesterday I tried to exchange an amount of USDC $47.64 to literally anything on the exchange & the fee is $20.42 - almost HALF. Today I contacted customer service on telegram and the SHO guy #2 is condescending, and want to share cute insults and insinuates the platform fees aren’t for “small bag holders” and says it’s the same everywhere. I’m exchanging on other platforms & not seeing these (40+%) high fees. He was rude to every person he engaged with & needs to be canned.
I scroll up to see his customer service skills are lacking and he’s basically an a-hole which I mentioned there. Got blocked. Fine. Didn’t want to deal with the jerk anyway.
I managed to transfer four assets to Atomic & 1 took 48 hour, the other still not showing up, telegram customer service guy on today was a downright jerk, and good luck taking any money out without loosing a FAT portion.
There’s no way to withdraw to your bank account and if you manage to send those high fees are going to cost you close to half of your assets with their fee rate.
There’s a huge potential for this to be a great app and I know that there’s a huge influx of people coming in but unless the customer service department finds more of guy number 1, guys like guy number 2 are going to loose your company a lot users when they share with their own communities the crappy experiences they’re having. All I wanted finding answers, not insults.
I would urge anyone considering using this app to go to Twitter and start looking up other people‘s experiences, including the extended wait times. If you’re wanting to have access to withdraw your money at some point, this is likely not the platform for you.

I began using Atomic Wallet about four days ago. I’ve made a total of maybe five or six transactions through atomic wallet. I’m pretty new to crypto, but somebody told me to use atomic wallet to get my hands on some BNB because I told him as a resident of Texas, it’s very hard to get my hands on B&B do something like Binance, because it’s not allowed yet or whatever. So now I go to the coin base and then through atomic wallet in order to get BNB.

With that out of the way, I must say Atomic Wallet is a very nice wallet/exchange platform! Their user interface is very simple, very user-friendly, and very clean, what I have a problem with, is the fact that I only, like I said, have made about 5 or 6 transactions, and within those 5 or 6 transactions, I’ve already run into one transaction that gets stuck on the “sending“ process when it came to exchanging XLM TO BNB. I had to reach out to Support on REDDIT, who’ve Honestly impressed me with how fast they got back to me! and in doing so, I got the team to finally look into and fix what they called a “one-time technical error” (we shall see about that.)

You may be wondering, how long did I get stuck in this position? Well… it took about 12 to 16 hours from the time of getting a reply from the Moderators/Support on REDDIT, for my exchanged currency to actually be sent to me my wallet. Again, I feel as though I should stress that this is only within 5 - 6 transactions/exchanges taking place on Atomic Wallet that I’ve already run into somewhat of a major issue. Do with that information what you will.

Lastly, I should say it’s very good that they actually did fix this issue and I didn’t lose my money, which was a pretty significant amount of money for me personally. What I am wondering is, would it have been fixed automatically/eventually or would it have been stuck on this “sending” error until I actually would reach out to the mods!? I have no clue. All I know is I waited about 3 Hours and nothing happened so that’s when I reached out to support, and 15 or so hours from then, my issue finally was resolved.

I’m not sure if this is a fluke of an event, I’m not sure if the way that the markets are behaving right now, and yesterday, are what contributed to this event, but this is what happened and I’m telling you now. I will probably update this review from a 4-star review to a five star review eventually if I see that Atomic Wallet never has an issue like this again and a 1-Star, respectively, if it continuously presents these type of issues. I am a bit mad personally right now because I was meant to invest this money into a very promising project on the BSC network called $SANTA FLOKI (shameless plug sorry not sorry ) that managed to shoot up more than 50% in those hours that Atomic Wallet had my money stuck.

To give context, I’m not a professional “crypto trader” or “day trader” but I do make weekly transactions. I’ve been in the crypto space since 2017. I’m a reasonable person and I’m trying not to write a fully negative review because this application does have good qualities.

If you’re planning on holding coins and you have no intention of exchanging or selling, this is a great app/wallet. You can hold/exchange a lot of different currencies... the major issues with this app have more to do with third party trading platforms than atomic wallet... that’s the good news.

In the 3 months I’ve been using this app I have had to reach out to customer service to resolve 8 individual issues. (Not a great average considering I make 1 - 2 trades a week). I’ve had exchanges from coin to coin “fail” and coins/money go missing, I’ve had exchanges show that they are “processing” and coins/money go missing & I've had coins “gifted to me” as compensation for failed transactions & dissatisfaction on behalf of the AWC platform go “missing” ...coins have quite literally... disappeared less than 24 hours after I received them... STILL WAITING TO GET THOSE COIN AWC SENT ME AND I DIDN’T ASK FOR BACK ...By the way

I have messages customer support about ALL of these issues & yes, most were resolved. I haven’t lost any money/coins ( with the exception of the ones that I got for free and disappeared) and they have never failed to respond to a message...

HOWEVER, the auto response emails I’ve received when requesting support have given me inaccurate information. I’ve lost money/missed more than a few trading opportunities because of these inaccuracies.

ALL of the customer support requests I’ve submit (because of issues with exchanges/the platform) HAVE been responded too... HOWEVER, it’s taken between 18 & 36 hours to receive a response. I have had upwards of $3,000 (at a time) in transactions/exchanges go into “limbo” & after requesting support it has still taken 3 - 5 DAYS to resolve/return lost coins. No matter how understanding you ought be - This is really unacceptable.

If you’re actively trading... THIS IS NOT a good application to use. If you're often trading during high volume periods... THIS IS NOT a good application for you. If you’re exchanging coins like BTC, ETH, LTC to alt coins that are hard to get your hands on... THIS IS NOT a good application fr you.

The only thing this application is good for is holding coins. I repeat... THE ONLY thing this app is good for is holding coins.

I hope atomic wallet gets it together because I do think they have the potential to be a great wallet/trading platform but right now (feb 2021) this app is strictly for people holding coins.

Overall, I’m disappointed ...but I’d like to believe that I am a reasonable enough person to make the best of it. Hope this helps.

I like the potential of the atomic wallet, and of course, I love its staking options. That being said, it needs a ton of work. There are lots of inconsistencies and hiccups. To their credit, the team does a decent job of responding to questions and issues, but unfortunately, the resolution is usually the same. “Delete this app from your phone and its cache and start over again by restoring using your pneumonic phrase.” For anyone who has done this, they know what a time-consuming process that is. It would be nice to hear the team say that they are working on refining the app, but they usually try to spin it to make it look like there’s something wrong that you are doing.

Beyond that, the platform does very little by way of explaining or educating. BAND Is a perfect example of the opportunity they have to teach less knowledgeable crypto holders about the difference between the band you can stake and the band you cannot. I think we could all agree that the more educated crypto holders are, the better the entire industry will be. They assume that we are all developers and or cryptocurrency aficionados.

Another example is ALGO, which automatically gets staked, but how would anybody know that if there is nothing within the wallet that says so? Not to mention, it’s hard to tell exactly how much you have earned in the staking process (for all coins) and if it’s reinvested for you automatically or something you need to do manually.

Finally, to this day, my ZIL is being staked, but I have no idea what it’s worth without calculating it myself, because it doesn’t show up as a dollar amount in my actual wallet. It took yet another application restore to see precisely how much Zil was being staked. The answer I received is that “it doesn’t show up in your wallet because it’s currently being staked.” Yet every other coin that I am staking shows up perfectly well in the wallet. That’s a perfect example of a time where I would rather hear that this is a hiccup that they are working on instead of giving me an answer that puts the blame on me and doesn’t make sense. I want to like this app, especially because I’m invested in their native token, which I want to see increase in value, but they certainly are not making it very easy.

I waited a long time to write this review because I’m the type of person who likes to focus on positive things and support the platforms that I use. My main concern for writing this is that they are not committing the proper resources to resolve these issues and refining their platform due to their inability to take an honest audit of the issues at hand.

I have over 70,000 that’s been held in the Atomic Wallet and BaFin found it in the Atomic Wallet I have the seed words from BaFin. To get at my money I had to pay 1ETH + 2ETH to access my funds and I was told by Atomic that I had to pay the tax before it would be released. I therefore transferred £4163 to my wallet for this purpose. Atomic said they haven’t received the funds but the funds clearly show in my transaction history with Atomic. It shows that the money went into my wallet and 1 minute later it was transferred out I presume to pay the Tax this happened on the 26th June but from an email from them on the 7th July they say it’s a server error and they are looking for the money. I was given 2 options 1 of which was to resend the £4163 and they gave me time limit when I pointed out where the money was already there and where they weren’t interested and said they would find it. After numerous emails I have now been told they won’t service me anymore as I threatened to go public. They said if I didn’t resend the money I’d have to wait to get my money for 6 months

I can’t afford to resend the money so they progressively became less and less helpful. So they currently have 60,000 that BaFin found from a previous scam and to get the money I sent them a total of £10,000 to release the 2 wallets then a further £4163 to pay the tax which I did and they finally admitted it was a server error but that they couldn’t do anything about it and I’d have to wait, but then I was told the time limit was approaching and to send the £4163 again and that when they found the money they would refund it to me. Firstly I can’t afford to send another £4163 and secondly it was very very scamlike so after many emails each getting less and less helpful and that my money would be frozen for 6 months I asked them to extend the time until they found my money in their system. At this point I said I would report them to the FCA and go public with all the emails. At this point they said they would no longer service me and would only talk to my lawyer as they accused me of making threats to get my money. I’m perfectly entitled to report it to the FCA and go public. At the very least they have stolen £10,000 that I sent to get access to my funds and also the 60,000 in my wallet. That to me is nothing short of theft. They then said they would freeze my wallet as I was telling them I would go public. Basically they said I could do what I wanted but I was not getting access to my funds. I have passed all the emails and proof to BaFin who said they would talk to them but that they had no sway with BaFin and there were 10,000 other people in the same position so I’m not an isolated case. I don’t know what I can do, I’m 68 suffer from Chronic depression which I told Atomic but they had no intention of helping citing Algorithms. How is it possible for them to keep my money especially as they admit it’s a problem with there server. After talking with BaFin the German regulator they said they were legally entitled to do this however they have simply done it out of spite, as they don’t care about people just money. How may I get this money back and I can’t afford a lawyer which they know. The only thing they care about is their reputation so I am at a loss what to do. Please help as I’m at my wits end.

I sent 500 then 10,000 VET TO ATOMIC WALLET. Decided it wasn’t worth staking so I sent VTHO from Gate.io. Myself and 3 other people saw them in my wallet with the assets that still sit in that wallet. When I sent the VET BACK TO KUCOIN IT NEVER GOT THERE AND WOUND UP IN a wallet I’ve NEVER SEEN BEFORE. I got the JavaScript fingerprint and it seems that there was a glitch and they couldn’t return them. So they decided to try and make me think it was my fault. I don’t have another Atomic Wallet it could have bee sent to that’s available on that computer. I didn’t create another wallet. It was side by side with assets that are in my wallet. I have a naval intelligence officer that took a picture of it in my wallet! There is no history of them ever having been in my wallet! This is both fraud and theft! I’m having a professor analyze the JavaScript tomorrow top to bottom! See you in court!

Most of the Positive reviews you see about this Atomic Wallet I believe to be posted by Atomic Employees themselves! This is the only wallet out there that is out to steal your crypto! They flat manipulate everything in there favor and screw you at every turn you make! They will take your tokens and do it with a smile on there face! Part of the scam as well is outrageous fees and not letting you exchange your tokens when you want to exchange them! Keeps saying pair unavailable and your just screwed! Also if you wanna send your crypto to another wallet they want to take half of it for themselves! This AW application needs to be Investigated-Shutdown and Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Starting with a Class Action Lawsuit for the Damages they have committed against people! Watch your wallets every second of the day. Some times shady characters can still get into your stuff and then send it away... you won’t see it come back.

Atomic still can’t explain why My ADA was converted to 9999 xrp and then moved to another wallet I have no control over.

All of my seed phrases are taken in writing and stored in a fire proof safe that only I have access to, the argument that the only way in if you give out your seeds is mute if I never have only installed the wallet on one device and have never needed to recover my wallet.

After following up with other people who have had the same problem, there is agreement that atomic is the culprit syphoning funds out of peoples wallets.

Of course Atomic will point the finger at its users and say that we don’t have good cyber security protocols.

Anyone who wants to use this wallet app should just know that you are putting your crypto at great risk with this app.

Do NOT waste your time or cryptocurrency with this terrible app that the developers admits does not work correctly.

What a complete waste of time and cryptocurrency. They say the app is a little shakey and suggest you follow the procedures to move your cryptocurrency to another wallet if you need access to it immediately. Too bad the necessary information to transfer your monero to a monero wallet is not shown on the transaction history. In fact no transactions show on the transaction history but somehow they know that I have a balance. What kind of garbage is that? So the $280 worth of Monero that transferred in can’t be spent, and there is no audit trail showing the currency was deposited, but I can see it has a balance. The next day, I check my balance and it shows $280 worth of monero, then it shows $0 worth of monero. There is no audit trail to show the funds even left. This is the worst wallet I’ve ever seen in my 7 years of trading cryptocurrency.

Do your homework before you fall into this trap and lose your money. 90% of the positive reviews are from their own workers and the bar for how you get your coins out is constantly moving. For instance I wanted to exchange some coins, I was told by the app I needed 14 more coins to be able to do that. I transferred those coins in and when I went to exchange them, the minimum amount had changed again. You cannot transfer or exchange ANY ETH based coin without purchasing ETH itself, but if you try and use a credit card, that offers fraud protection, it constantly fails so the keep suggesting you use your Debit Card-I/e access to your account. They are based in Estonia so good luck getting your money back if they rip you off, WHICH THEY WILL, because I haven’t been able to get my coins out at all. This is NOT legit - complaints have been filed with SEC. There is an entire subreddit devoted to it. There are better more secure and less shady wallets available. Just skip this one.

DO NOT PUT SMALL AMOUNTS OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES IN THIS WALLET!
Due to swaps and previous transfers, I have $350 worth of various cryptocurrencies such as USDT, XRP, ETH, that I cannot swap in this wallet.
When I try to swap coins/tokens, the minimum amount always seems to be just above the amount I have in the wallet. For example I have 98 USDT I cannot swap because the minimum is 111 USDT!
Atomic wallet was great years ago, but what happened?!
I have put up with what seems to be a game to Atomic developers for over a year now, but I can no longer put up with having to pay transfer fees to send more cryptocurrencies to this wallet because the minimum amount to swap is just above what I have in the wallet (when the amount Im trying to swap is easily swapped in another wallet). The minimum happens to be just above the amount Im trying to swap...EVERY TIME.
Touché Atomic, I get it, but Im done playing the game and you have lost this long time user. My coins and tokens will be withdrawn as soon as ETH fees come back down.

Right now am having some issues where my coins are disappearing & appearing. I Already contact support about it and they said is because the bitcoin network is overload so i let it be. Now for the past 3 weeks i notice that my btc isnt showing still even after getting the latest update i refreshed the dashboard and i notice a negative on my btc history so i checked the blockchain explorer and saw that my coins were sent to a unknown bitcoin address. There i started my wallet restore and changed my passcode to find out after i restored my wallet that my atom that i had staked which was 2.004815 atom is saying “unbonding” and my reward claim is 0 when i had been staking atom for the past year and a half. I contacted support again and explain them the issue and they said that my wallet might have been compromised so i asked how can my atom be gone with no trace of transaction and also my staking reward be gone too and up till now no reply from support. THIS IS REALLY BAD FOR ATOMIC RIGHT NOW. App was gone until this happen…whats going on?

Responding to developer response on 11/12 below. I did try emailing for tech support and all I got was a generic form letter. No human actually responded to me.

I eventually had to reinstall the entire wallet with seed keywords before it would display the balances again.

But now it does NOT display the staking transactions for AWC anymore. It used to display this before.

What’s worse, I’m no longer receiving the weekly staking residuals for AWC! How do I get them back? The wallet says I’m still staking AWC.

There’s something really screwy with your wallet. DEFINITELY NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME. I would NOT trust it with large amounts of money.

You can’t even see what version of the app you are running. The About link just goes to a website to update the app. How stupid is that?

Help! I tried to transfer some $smart tokens to my wallet and now it won’t display my wallet balances. It just perpetually shows the blue spinning circle.

It used to work fine before I transferred $smart to it.

I am running the most current version of the app.

DO NOT DEPOSIT ADA TO THIS WALLET

Recently helped my friend withdraw from binance to a new atomic wallet (ios). When I opened atomic to check the transaction I get the error “ADA is unavailable. ADA blockchain entered a new era with Shelley upgrade. Upgrade is incompatible with old android OS. (I’m on iOS mind you)…”

This made me concerned about the ADA I had stored on atomic on another device back in April, so I decided to check that one… lo and behold that one is not giving me the same error, but is showing a ZERO balance. I had deposited ADA on 4/25, and had checked my balance on 5/25 (have a pic for proof). When looking at the deposit/withdrawal history it shows a withdrawal had occurred on 4/27 for my total balance?

I submitted a ticket to support with the addresses and transaction hashes; only reply I got was that “there’s an issue with the ADA database, which is why you can’t claim your rewards… the cardano team is working to resolve the issue.” I didn’t do any staking so I’m unsure what rewards they are referring to. I’m currently unable to access nearly 9-10k worth of funds…

Any and all help would be appreciated.
