Nyman Turkish review: Workers comp

I am a pro per injured worker who discovered alarming levels of corruption and betrayal by my former attorney, Marc Shutman, and the law firm Nyman Turkish LLP. If you are represented — or considering representation — by this firm, you need to know what I uncovered:
• They allowed the insurance carrier and defense to handpick a biased QME panel by striking two doctors, then stood by while my panel was hijacked. This is illegal under California law.
• They submitted unauthorized medical records behind my back — including altered or outdated Kaiser Permanente records that I never approved for release. These were used to influence the QME evaluation without informed consent.
• They installed a fraudulent Primary Treating Physician (Dr. Clark) who declared me “MMI” after one visit — without reviewing imaging or diagnostics — and used that report to block treatment and benefits.
• They concealed key evidence — including CT scans, subpoenaed records, and newly disclosed documents that support my case — and ignored direct requests to confirm what was submitted to the QME.
• They misrepresented their own communications, allowed unauthorized individuals (like Kristen Hale) to act in my case, and failed to disclose ex parte activity with defense counsel.
• When I demanded answers, they had another attorney contact me instead of responding — a clear attempt to avoid accountability and obstruct my ability to access the truth.

This is not just negligence — it’s active participation in fraud, suppression, and systemic abuse of a vulnerable injured worker. Their conduct benefitted the defense and insurance carrier while leaving me medically untreated, financially devastated, and without legal protection.
