It was amazin' to have solar panels installed at our house. The team is real smart, knowledgeable. And most importantly polite. They came up with a right plan. Walked through the plan. They followed by the plan. I've never seen such a great professionalism with any companies. Installation of the panels was so quick. I would recommend them to anyone. The team is very approachable.

I had a bad experience with Universal Green Group right from the start. The salesperson showed me the wrong math to get me to sign the contract and they took $1000 as a deposit right away. When I realized it wasn't a good deal, the owner wouldn't let me out of the contract and kept the $1000 for their "expenses". They said all the costs working with the city were covered, but when the city found an issue during inspection, I had to pay for it due to a "clause" in the contract. If you don't know anything about solar, don't get involved with Universal Green Group.

I got solar panels from Universal Green Group and they showed me all the details of how much energy it would produce and how much my bill would go down. It's been 6 months now and my bill is still almost the same as before. I tried to contact them but they haven't responded. They said they have a warranty but they're not helping me. I want to do something about it and might even sue them if they don't respond.

I bought a solar system from Universal Green Group (UGG) in June . When they finished the job, we paid in full and were told everything was done. But in December 2022, Distributed Generation called us through our electric provider TriCounty (TC) and said that UGG didn't file all the permits and applications. They told us to turn off our system or we'd get fined and disconnected from TC. It's now March 2022 and UGG hasn't responded to us. I've called them and sent emails to Corey the Operations Manager, Moses the Salesperson, and the Info email on their website, but no one's answering. I even asked the installer for help, but he said he was busy with another project and would get to it when he could. I told him our system's been off since December, but he said I should contact the office to see if they could help.

Universal Green Group put in an LG solar battery at our place on June 30th. But when I got home, it was dead. No lights, no nothing. I tried calling and emailing them, but they didn't respond. I sent them emails on June 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 25th, and 28th, and I even called them, but still no response. Finally, they called me on the 28th to say that our breaker box was flipped, but that wasn't true. We rebooted the battery like they asked, and a light came on for a few seconds before it died again. It was powered by our house, so it wasn't a power issue. They wasted seven days of my time.

Then they said that the serial number had to be entered on the monitoring system, but that didn't make sense because you can't monitor a battery that's turned off. They entered the serial number and said they'd get back to me, but they never did. On June 30th, they came back and said that two fuses were blown. They left to order the fuses and said they'd be back on July 5th to install them. But they never showed up, called, or emailed. They didn't update or contact us until July 13th to say they were coming to fix it.

When they arrived, they said that the store never ordered the fuses. Can you believe it? They never even checked if the fuses were there when they were supposed to bring them on July 5th. The solar battery is dying on our garage wall, and we haven't heard from them since July 13th. It's been a month, and the battery has never worked. Please help us get a working solar battery on the wall of our garage. Thank you. The pictures show the current charge and the battery with zero lights for one month.
