I had a car accident on 8/1 and ended up in a ditch off the freeway. The front of my car was damaged, and the tires were busted. My insurance company suggested Northfield Collision to fix it. They had my car for 3 weeks and charged my insurance company $4800. When I got the car back, I noticed a whining sound when I pressed the brake to start it. I had to bring the car back to them. They returned it, but after 2 days, the noise came back. They asked me to bring it back again, claiming they fixed it, but the noise returned a couple of days later. I told them I didn't want the car back anymore. They charged my insurance company $218 for something that should have been fixed. (See attached)
