Northbound Gear review: Northbound is a scam

I bought a pair of pants that didn't fit and the refund was supposed to be a painless process. 7 Weeks later we still do not have a refund. I had to pay for the shipping back and pay a restocking fee as well. The item was returned with tags and never worn and for 5 weeks we have been promised a refund as the item was returned in perfect condition...still nothing and no reply from them...obviously a SCAM SITE. Honestly, even if the product arrived as it was advertised it is really poor quality. I am an outdoorsy guy and I bought these for time around camp...not in the field...even still it is total garbage. Buy these and expect to be wet...even in a drizzle.
