I ordered Waterproof adventure pants January 8th. It's February 12th and I still have not received them. I have contacted Northbound Gear and have not gotten a response on the status of delivery. I've tracked the package and it said "out for delivery" on Feb 2nd, then again Feb 3, then again on the 11th. Very frustrating. At this point I think it is best to get a refund, but again I called, gotten on chat, etc. and although I talked with someone yesterday who said someone would get back to me yesterday, still no contact. I already missed the trip I purchased the pants for, and have another one scheduled, but I think I should order with a reliable vendor. How do I get a refund?
Claimed loss: Paid $122. + and have not received the order.
