This website, Noosh Decor, sells products that are of very low quality. I ordered a number of items from them two months ago and found that I was charged double or even triple the normal price for items of very poor quality. The products were very cheap and poorly made, with a lot of defects and flaws that made them almost unusable.

In addition to the poor quality of the products, there were other problems with my order as well. The delivery was delayed by a substantial amount of time, which meant that I had to wait longer than expected to receive my items. There were also no updates provided about the status of my order, which left me in the dark about when I could expect to receive my purchases.

Overall, I would not recommend Noosh Decor to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable products. The items sold on this website are of very low quality, and the prices charged are excessive given the poor craftsmanship and materials used. If you want to avoid wasting your money, I would suggest looking elsewhere for your home decor and other household needs.

I ordered from NOOSH Decor (nooshdecor.com) for some home accessories. It took them more than 2 months to deliver the products. Surprise! They are not in the good ole’ USA like I thought they were based on their website. Additionally, the customer service representative kept misleading me about the arrival date and it arrived super late when I didn’t even need the products anymore. Wow, what a disappointing experience!

When I asked for a refund, they said I had to ship everything back to the Netherlands, and pay for it myself. I did everything they asked, however, I still haven’t received a refund. What a rip-off! Do not waste your time unless you enjoy losing your time and money.

Pro-tip: Save yourself the hassle and shop on Amazon or with an American company, where you can get your stuff in a week and receive a refund whenever you want.

So, I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with NOOSH Decor. Last June, I pulled the trigger and bought myself a fancy chandelier off their website. I was pretty excited about it, and I paid up front for it and everything. The very next day, though, I had second thoughts. I tried to cancel the order and get my money back.

Well, that was when the trouble started. It's been months of trying to get a resolution to this issue, and I still don't have my money back. I've gotten a lot of promises and apologies, but no actual action. I've got to say, it's been pretty frustrating.

To make matters worse, at one point they told me that my order was going to be delivered. Even though I'd made it VERY clear that I didn't want it anymore. So, of course, I refused delivery when it showed up at my door. That was when things got really sketchy, though. I got a phone call from someone who claimed to be a Chinese citizen, trying to convince me to accept delivery of the product and pay for customs and transportation fees. I've got to say, that was pretty darn shady.

Anyway, that was months ago now, and I'm still waiting for my money back. I'm honestly not sure what to do at this point. It's been a real headache, and I'll definitely think twice before doing business with NOOSH Decor again.

So, I found this website called NOOSH Decor (nooshdecor.com) and let me tell you, it has been a complete disaster – I wouldn't even give them one star! I decided to order six lights for my home renovation over a year ago, and when the package finally arrived months later, I was super excited to get them installed. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration as soon as my electrician saw the lights. Apparently, they were not CSA stamped, which means that they didn't meet the Canadian safety standards for electrical products. The lights also came with a 3" plate instead of a 4", making them useless for covering the electrical box. What a nightmare!

I contacted NOOSH Decor to try and sort out the issue and possibly return the lights, but they were of little help. They refused to let me return them and only offered to send me the cover plates in 4 inch. However, after waiting and waiting, I received only two plates, leaving me with four lights that I can't use. I have repeatedly emailed them asking for a refund or at least for the 4" plates to be sent, but all I get is radio silence. It's just rude.

I even informed them that the electricians in Canada can't install anything without CSA approval or stamp, but they didn't seem to care. They continue to sell to Canadian customers without properly addressing these concerns. I ended up shelling out $1700 Canadian dollars for six useless lights, and I'm beyond disappointed with NOOSH Decor. It's not worth it to try to save a few bucks with this company – trust me, it's not worth the headache!

Man, let me tell you about this company called NOOSH Decor. I was scrolling through my IG feed and saw their ads. They had a bunch of followers and the pics of their stuff looked super dope, so when they had a 50% off sale, I jumped on it. I copped 3 pendant lights and a big ol' spider chandelier for me and my hubby's crib. But man, I shoulda known it was too good to be true.

So I got an email on December 29, 2022 that part of my order was delivered to my mailbox, but when I checked, there was nuthin' there. I tried emailing them, but that was the only way to reach 'em, and they just sent me a "proof of delivery" from USPS. But lemme tell you somethin', I get informed delivery notifications from USPS every day and nothing was delivered or even scheduled for delivery on that day! WTF. I kept emailing them, but they just kept sendin' me the same response like a broken record. The only thing they had me do was put in a missing package search through USPS, but still haven't heard back from 'em.

On January 6th, 2022, I finally got one of the pendants and it was janky as hell. Not like the pics at all. And now that I wanna return it, I gotta pay for the shipping myself. And the tracking number they sent me for the chandelier took me to some weird site that wasn't even the real carrier. So I did some investigative work and found out they were shipping from Alibaba in China. Like, seriously? No wonder the quality was wack.

Now I'm stuck dealing with USPS on my own and NOOSH won't even help me out. Like, what kind of BS is that? And they don't even offer delivery insurance or assurance. So basically, ordering from them is a big risky gamble. Don't make the mistake I did and jump on their deals. It ain't worth it, and you'll just end up getting scammed.
