This place is really great! It's run by a woman who is super talented at art and stuff. I saw some of her videos and was like, "Wow, I gotta get me some of that!" So I checked out her Christmas sales and they were so good that I had to order some stuff. But because she's just one person doing everything, it took a little while for my order to ship. But that's okay, because she kept me in the loop about what was going on and even gave me tracking info as soon as it was shipped. When my stuff finally arrived, it was packed really well and even had a cute Christmas card in there (and she spelled my name right, which is more than I can say for my high school diploma, lol). I placed an order for a stamp, die, and stencil that matched on May 27th from Crafty Meraki. When my order arrived on June 9th, I was disappointed to find that the wrong stamp had been sent to me. I immediately contacted the owner to let her know about the mistake. She responded quickly and sent me a shipping label to return the incorrect stamp, which I did on June 11th. However, I did not receive any updates or shipping notifications about when my correct stamp would be sent to me. I assumed that it would be sent out right away since it was their mistake, not mine.

After waiting for a while, I decided to email the owner to ask when my correct stamp would be shipped. To my surprise, I received a one-word response that simply said "Tomorrow." I replied to her email and asked for the tracking number so that I could track my package. However, I received another email from her that said something went wrong in her system when she went to mark the stamp returned. She explained that her system had credited me, and she apologized for the inconvenience. She then informed me that the order was closed, and she would not be sending the correct stamp that I had ordered. This was very disappointing, and I now have a die and a stencil, but no stamp.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service that I received from Crafty Meraki. The mistake was made on their end, and they did not take the necessary steps to correct it. I will not be ordering from them again in the future.
