Noize's stuff sucks, it's like it's made for one-time wearin'. And they don't even bother to tell ya that it's gonna be a final sale, so you can't even return it if it's garbage. Don't waste yer money here folks.

Yo, I gotta warn you guys about Noize, that website is whack. I made the mistake of ordering from them and regret it big time. They don't even have the decency to clearly mark items as final sale on the product page, so I accidentally ordered stuff thinking I could return it if it sucked. But oh boy, did it suck! The quality was straight up garbage and it didn't look anything like the pics on their site. So obviously, I tried to return it but they won't let me because it's final sale. What a crock! I tried talking to customer service about it but they just gave me the runaround and refused to refund me. Stay away from Noize unless you wanna get ripped off.

I gotta say, I'm pretty thankful that there's a company out there that makes jackets without any animal parts. But, as much as I'm grateful for that, I gotta say that their customer service is pretty terrible. And that's a huge bummer, especially since the return policy is like, almost impossible to navigate.

So, the coat I got wasn't like, the same color as the pictures. And like, the shape of it wasn't right either. Super disappointing, right? So I thought, no big deal, I'll just return it. Turns out, because I used a discount code it was "final sale" - and that apparently made it like, totally ineligible for any returns or refunds.

Which really sucks, because the emails I got about the order didn't say anything about it being a final sale. So like, can ya blame me for being upset about it? Apparently the company doesn't think so, since they refused to take the coat back and give me a refund. Super stinky, especially since I was so looking forward to wearing it.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever buy from this company again. It's a bummer, because like, I was so excited to try out a jacket that didn't have any animal parts in it. If you're looking for sustainable, cruelty-free fashion, this is the place to go. Don't be deterred by negative Trust Pilot reviews - my wife and I can attest to the amazing quality of their coats. Their gloves are also worth noting - my wife swears they're the warmest she's ever had. No more cold fingers after a few minutes outside! We did have an issue with their "Rye Puffer Bootie (Unisex)" though. They were absolutely stunning and the most comfortable boots we've ever owned, including those designed for snow and rain. Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the design that made them unwearable. We reached out to Noize with our feedback, and they promptly issued a refund - no hassle at all.

Overall, we highly recommend giving Noize a try. The quality of their goods is second to none, and the customer service is very personal and friendly. Don't miss out on the opportunity to stay warm and stylish in clothing that's good for the planet too!

I must say, my experience with Noize (noize.com) was a real headache. As a responsible buyer, I am always careful when I buy anything online, especially when it comes to clothing. I managed to find a coat that looked promising, but of course it was final sale, like all the other coats on their site. I thought to myself, "well, I might as well give it a shot, since they are ecological and all, and they're offering 15% off for first-time customers". Regrettably, the coat was not exactly the right fit for me. So I had to return it, and, to my dismay, they only offered me a merchandise credit minus $10 for shipping costs.

I decided to give Noize another chance and ordered a coat that had great reviews. But, alas, my hope was short-lived. The zipper was getting stuck and the coat turned out to be much longer than I expected. Customer service was not very helpful either, and the whole process took a lot of back and forth. To make matters worse, they took another $10 for restocking the item. It was frustrating to say the least.

I was determined to give Noize one last chance, but it came at a cost. The shipping, return shipping, and restocking fees racked up to $75. To my disappointment, they wouldn't even honor the 15% off welcome offer, citing that I had already redeemed it. The cherry on top was that the lining of the coat and the quality of zippers were subpar. What a shame for a company that claims to be eco-friendly.

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Noize to anyone. They may claim to be environmentally conscious, but the customer service and quality of their products don't measure up. It was a major waste of time and money for me.

The Noize website is one you've gotta be careful with. Basically, if you order something on sale that's more than 20% off, then you can't return it or exchange it or nothing. And boy, do they have a lot of sales. I mean, it's like they always got somethin' on a discount. I ordered a jacket for my lady in a medium size, but she said it was too small and wanted to exchange it for a large. But Noize said no can do. They stuck to their guns and told me it was a final sale. I even sent 'em an email and everything, but they weren't budgin'.
