So, i orded this heart frame from customshe.com for smother's da and gotta say, it was really cute. But when the shipping options came up, i didn't want to risk it not arriving on time so i chucked in an extra 25 bucks for some speedy shipping - they said it'd be here in 3 days. It's been a week-and-a-half now and no sign of that frame :(

And it's not just that, but i can't even get in touch with these guys to get a refund on that shipping. I've tried all their contact info but nothing seems to work. Don't get me wrong, the product is good, but the fact that they can't deliver on their promised shipping and then don't even have any customer support is a real let down.

Yo, just wanna share my experience with this online store called Customshe. So, I recently ordered a Mother's Day gift for my ma, like three weeks before the day. And guess what, it only came out of "production" one week before Mother's Day. Ain't that ridiculous? I even paid for expedited shipping and now the package is just chillin' at the post office in California for five whole days! Like c'mon man, that's just straight up bogus. Obviously, it ain't gonna arrive in time for Mother's Day and now I gotta explain to my ma why I ain't got no gift for her. And to top it all off, their customer service was total crap, didn't care one bit about my situation. Ain't worth the money or the trouble, don't recommend this store at all. They're just thieves.

I just ordered a customized family tree picture frame from CustomShe.com and I must say that my experience was not that great. Unfortunately, the package arrived not in the best condition. The frame was completely broken, and the plastic window piece was all smashed up. It was a shock to me because the product wasn't packed properly and was shipped in just a plastic bag. I mean, it's not like it was a non-fragile item! What would you do with a broken frame? I contacted the company and they stated that they would send a new one, but that never happened. Every time I reached out to them to inquire about my replacement frame, the customer service representative kept giving me the runaround. It's been over six weeks now, and I still haven't received the new frame, and neither have I received a refund. This kind of behavior from a business is not acceptable. It appears that this company is fraudulent and I would strongly advise everyone not to buy from them. It is always best to shop for quality and responsible dealers.

So, this website I used called Customshe, let me just say I am downright ticked off. I ordered some items for my lovely mother and it was just awful. Not only did it not come on time, but when it did arrive, it was shipped in a measly envelope that caused the whole thing to be broken. Oh, and don't even get me started on the quality. It was so poorly made that I honestly could have done a better job myself. And to top it all off, the darn thing wasn't even put together all the way. What a waste of my time and money!

But the disappointment doesn't stop there. I also did not receive the second item I had purchased even though I had paid for expedited shipping. I mean, come on, 2 and a half months for it to come? That's just ridiculous. I regret ever giving this website my business.

If you're looking for a reliable, efficient website to purchase from, I suggest looking elsewhere. Customshe is the last website I would ever waste my hard earned cash on.

I bought something off of Customshe's website and boy was I in for a wild ride! First off, I had to contact PayPal to get any sort of tracking information because the item was suuuuper late. When it finally showed up, I was honestly pretty disappointed. The frame was, like, totally messed up - it was made out of some weird plastic material instead of a nice glass frame like I was expecting! To make matters worse, the lights were all messed up and the background picture was printed on some cheap paper of such a low quality that I could barely make out what it was supposed to be! It was nothing at all like what they had advertised on their website. I asked for a refund and sent them pictures of the broken, messed up goods, but they were just like "ah yeah sorry but you gotta pay for shipping back to us, and it has to have tracking information, lol." What a joke! Like, why should I have to pay even MORE money just to send back their crappy, broken junk? And the cherry on top of this already terrible cake is the fact that they don't even offer a satisfaction guarantee OR a money back guarantee. False advertising much? Total waste of money - don't even bother buying here, guys, it's not worth it! It's no wonder they only have positive reviews on their website - they have to approve them all! Thank goodness for my credit card company, because I had to report this as fraud!

Hey, just wanted to drop a review about Customshe. Let me tell you, beware of this site! The description on their website is total nonsense. So, I ordered a customized family tree picture with "engraved" hearts on linen paper with a lighted frame. To my utter disappointment, the picture came printed on the cheapest paper possible, and the frame was made with very thin cheap plastic. It was super fragile and came cracked. Also, one of the "engraved hearts" was missing, which didn't include my dad's name on the family tree.

I contacted them immediately because the website states a money-back guarantee, and they offered me 20% of my money back. I mean, what a joke, right? And do you know what they asked me? They asked me if I could "fix the frame myself." I mean, what the heck? I kept insisting on a refund, but they just kept offering ridiculous solutions. For example, they offered 30% of my money back and a 30% off coupon for another purchase. Are they kidding me?

I ordered my item in mid-December in 2021 for a Christmas gift and paid the expedited shipping expense. However, I received the broken and incorrect item on January 25. After presenting the pictures and details of the incorrect order and broken frame, they insisted that I had to ship the broken item back to them in China to get my money back. Can you believe that? I paid $28 to ship it back to them, and after months of waiting and contacting them, I finally got my money back. Yes, you heard it right, after months! But I was out the $28 shipping expense.

So, basically, I paid $114.00 for a broken, incorrect, cheap dollar store picture to give as a gift. I mean, what a complete waste of money and time. There is no phone number to call with complaints, only email. And let me tell you, it takes days to get a response via email. I have been fighting with them over this for 6 months. I ended up getting my money back this week, May 2022, but I am out the $28 shipping expense. Please beware of this company. They have terrible products, and their customer service is even worse.
