Nikola Valenti review: Jewelry I never ordered

I received a "free" piece of jewelry from an order I placed on Temu. About a month later I received a package at my door with 2 pieces of jewelry that I didn't order. There was no note or explanation or any kind of information for returning it. Then I started seeing these unauthorized charges on my credit card account.
I've sent probably 10 different emails to Nikola Valenti regarding these unauthorized charges. I even disputed them with my bank and had to close my account because they continued to try and charge my account monthly. I've asked for proof and a signed document showing that this is an account that I signed up for and I've requested a return address to return these items and they will not provide me with either. They just keep sending me Delinquent Notices and now they are threatening to charge me $30/month for late fees. They will not allow me to cancel this subscription that they are saying I have because I owe them money. I have been emailing them for 2 months and just keep getting the runaround. The only emails I ever received from this company were AFTER I emailed them regarding unauthorized charges to my account.
