Newage Products review: The worst company I have ever seen

We ordered the cabinets in May and promised the white glove delivery (that we paid for) the second week of July along with full installation also paid for. The cabinets were delivered the second week of August. (Month late) They were sitting at a local terminal for over a week and had no instructions. I had to send an email to inquire as to which what freight company actually had the cabinets and schedule delivery myself. Then was informed we would have to meet delivery folks and then they would schedule the installation which would be at a later date. The cabinets ended up being damaged/dented and installer came from 270 miles away by herself to install. These folks are terrible from top to bottom. I am a general contractor with over 40 years of experience, and I have never had an experience from any supplier that was this bad. The company is in Canada but ever one you email and talk to, sound as it is outsourced in India with people of very poor verbal skills.
