New Direction Trust Company review: Watch out!

NDTCO screwed up IRA reporting to the IRS and I received huge tax bills and demand letters from the IRS for several months. The IRS matter took a long time to resolve and cost substantial accounting fees to correct. They were woefully uncaring about their mistake.

Terrible customer service – they act like a huge bureaucratic government agency with little regard for customers.. Processing times are slow, cumbersome, and expensive. Website is terrible. No app for smart phones. Simple transaction requests are far too time-consuming and bureaucratic. Delays in processing have caused two of my private equity capital calls to be late.
