Ordered a coach purse from this company which seems to have 2 names "New Coach Outlet" and "Offer Coach Bags". The charge was processed on my Visa immediately. One week passed and I had sent a couple emails requesting a tracking number since on their website it stated you would receive one immediately upon shipping of your order that was also supposed to happen within 2 days. So, I get an email over a week later telling me my choice of item was out of stock when it showed 48 in stock! I emailed back with 3 more choices. No response for almost 2 weeks when I had once again asked for a tracking number after they told me they would send a purse. One more week went by & received an email "out of stock, make other choices". I responded by telling them I didn't want another choice - just wanted a refund. Then...no response at all. The charge on my visa shows the name the payment went to as REEMALL.COM HANGZHOU but the company name was New Coach Outlet or OfferCoachBags. So beware..this is a scam! Don't order from this website.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I stumbled across the site thecreativebanker.com and found the price to good to be true, so I tried finding reports for fraud with no results. However in the About Us section on that site it had reference to NewCoachOutlet.com and searching that address led me here.
acertw.com is also related.
Spread the word and warn as many people as possible. Else the fake COACH online stores will just be waiting for any unsuspecting victims... I did a check before I bought the bag online, but was unable to find any warnings about that website. They are clever enough to make use of domains in other countries so that people do not know it's actually all done in China... In my case to be specific.

I have ordered and received the wrong item, which was an obvious fake. The company stated that there are exchange and refund policies. However when I sent the pictures and requested for either a refund or exchange, I was given this reply: "We are sorry, but that is our company's rule, the only thing we can do for you is give you a discount or send you a free nice gift in your next order, thanks!" The online company is based in CANADA but it is apparently a scam. For those who are thinking of buying COACH items online, pls refrain from doing so. I have encountered this very bad experience and I hope no one else will suffer the same as me. Pls help to spread this to your friends and loved ones too. For those who's gone through similar cases, I believe that you will probably agree with me, it's better to spread the word so that these scammers cannot continue cheating people and smear the reputation of online buying and selling. Also, pls note that many of the online COACH stores may have USER FEEDBACK / REVIEWS but be careful because all these are probably written by the sellers themselves. If you cannot see the product and that it is an expensive one, think many times before you fall for that OFFER...
I think I was just very lucky because I ordered two purses from this site and received them right away. Loved one but didn't like the other so I e-mailed them and asked for an exchange. They sent the next purse right away and let me keep the one I didn't want. Also got the dust sleeves and I couldn't find anything on the purses that indicated that they were a knock-off. Now not sure if I should order from them in the future.
i've ordered from this site 2 times now and received my bags in a timely manner. all my bags appear to be real. stamp of authenticity, warranty cards to register my coach bags. my bags did come from japan or china, but they are real leather and i didn't have any problems. i was able to track my orders both times and with my first order, i ordered 2 bags and they gave my a free wallet. hope it works out for everyone.
I can not believe I fell for this! I am usually so in tune with a scam, but I believed it was an actual Coach Outlet store, the price seemed in line. I had my mother in law order me a purse for Christmas. Now, I did receive the merchandise & it does look like a legitimate Coach handbag in quality & even came in a Coach protective sleeve. However, the metal emblem is upside down! Who wants THAT? I emailed them twice with no response! DO NOT order from this company. Scam, scam, scam!
Wow, was at the checkout page and thought that I would just search this website before entering my credit card information. So glad that I did...you guys saved me a lot of money and grief!
That crappy website just did the same to me! I ordered it Dec 10, my card immediately charged! No bag. It was for my mother for Christmas. I logged on and status on pay was approved...whereas, status on shipment was pending. Im so upset! I had no idea...now Im out that cash and have to buy another one that I should have just went with at the outlet here in San Antonio. Ill have to pay extra, and pay for xpress shipping. All in all, I'll loose another 200 dollars on top of what I was charged at that website. I will take the advice and see if my bank will dispute the charge and I hope to get the money back. If not...then LESSON LEARNED! grrrrr

What is the email address that any of you used? Was it newcoachservice@gmail.com or was it info@NewCoachOutlet.com? I'm thinking that there is two different sides out there and I'm trying to figure out if I've been scammed or not. Ordered something on November 24th and today is December 1st and I haven't received anything from them showing that my order has been shipped. They charged my card the same day I purchased it though. If anyone out there can tell me which email address everyone is talking about on here I would appreciate it. Thanks!
I have also fell for the coach scam! I just ordered off of the site last night and now I cannot access the website I emailed the seller and they said they would send out my order tomorrow but if it is fake I don't want it! I paid with my pay pal and it has where you can file a dispute...so how long do I have to wait to file it?

I am so sad. This happened to me too! Very upset that these people can still have this "so Called" business still running to scam more people!
It seemed so legit at first...not the case after they had my money.

be careful with all these online purchases. I went to Coach outlet factory website and purchased a wristlet and all I got about 3 weeks later is a FAKE wallet. At first glance, you can tell it is a FAKE. The item came in a china-made thin carton box, the item is suppose to be a wristlet and guess what? no wristlet but got a badly-stitched wallet. The famous Coach fabric should not have the word "Coach" and my fake merchandise has a few "Coach" word on it! see photos! what a con job!
Unless you were shopping for a Coach knockoff you shouldn't order from them (or sites like them). They are an obvious fake site like so many out there.
I am so sorry that I din't read this review earlier.. The same thing happened to me! i just called my bank and will dispute the charge hopefully I will get my money back. The only problem is getting in contact with this so called company, you can only do it by email!
