NeedTags review: Misleading website

I typed in dmv.ca.gov and instead of going to the official website it pulled up links. I thought I was at the dmv when I placed my order. I realized my error 60 seconds after placing the order. I immediately called and tried to stop the transaction and they refused. They would not allow me to speak to a manager and hung up on me. I was charged over $100 more than I would have paid at the dmv. How can you not reverse a charge that was placed within 2 minutes. Very misleading.
