So, I decided to give 411 a try and signed up for their 3 month promotion. The deal was pretty sweet, first month for $100 and then 2 months at a declining rate. But boy, was I in for a surprise! They didn't publish my ad when they were supposed to and when I cancelled within days, they refused to refund my $100. They claimed that they had already put the ad up, but I couldn't find it anywhere. It was a total scam! I would advise everyone to stay away from this website. And if you do decide to use it, don't give them your credit card number because they will just keep debiting it without your permission. It's a total rip-off!

411.com is not a good website. I tried to find Walmart's phone number on Ramsey Street, but it gave me the wrong information. Instead of the phone number, it gave me a girl's name. This is not helpful at all. I tried again with another phone number, ***800, and it gave me the same wrong information. I had to call the number to find out that it was actually Walmart. This is frustrating and a waste of time. I tried this with other businesses and got the same wrong information. It's not fair that these people get paid for such bad service. They should do better.

411.com is a website that promises to advertise for you, but in reality, it's a total scam. They created a junk 3-page website and left it like that. They promised to send an email about a money-back guarantee if the site did not rank on the first page of Google. Unfortunately, it did not, and now they are sending fake documents in order to avoid returning the money. This is a total scam, and they are doing illegal fraudulent documents. I wish I could attach this document here. The police should be involved in this. They owe me about $2000, and they are refusing to return it. This here service ain't really necessary no more, if you ask me. They keep on houndin' me with cold calls tryna get me to advertise my business with 'em. Even after I done told 'em politely that I ain't interested, they keep on comin'. Just today, they called me twice in like 5 minutes, with two different fellas. The first one wasn't too bad, but the second one was downright rude and hung up on me. I told him that I didn't need his service 'cause it's a whole new world out there. And what does he do?
