The rest of my shipment was delivered. The bed frame was not on that
truck. Have not received word if you found my bed frame or not. this is needed for medical reason as I am 86 years old and just learning to order things on a computer. So I need help please . Ordered on 11/11/25. People I spoke with were polite, but haven't got back to me. and this is 11/23/35

Claimed loss: nothing else was missing just the bed frame

Desired outcome: I want a bed frame delivered to my address please
