NBA store. review: Cancel order

I ordered jackets on 5/30/2025 was told it was to ship on 06/20/25, then week later ordered two more jackets and two shirts which arrived on time. Today called them to verify when jacket would ship, was told not until 6/20 so I asked to cancel the order, was told by rep. it would be cancelled and I would get email in a few minutes verifying this. 10 minutes later get a email saying my order has shipped, called to question why and was told it has shipped, all they did was create a label, called UPS and they said creating label just means they will eventually make a pick up but it can be on the 20th of June as originally stated. How can two reps. that work for same company have two answers. and how coinvent that minutes after I call to cx order it has not shipped.
