Nazco Foodstuff Trading review: Unauthorized cargo possession & overdue payment

We are filing this public complaint against Nazco Foodstuff Trading LLC (License No: 844436, Reg No: 2024337, Dubai, UAE) and its principal, Mr. Syed Ayaz Rizvi Israr Mehndi, for breach of agreed payment and cargo release terms.

Under our signed purchase contract, payment terms were: 50% upon scanned Bill of Lading (BL) and the remaining 50% within 20 days of Jebel Ali port receipt.

On 13 June 2025, Nazco Foodstuff Trading LLC, under the direction of Mr. Syed Ayaz Rizvi Israr Mehndi, took unauthorized possession of our shipment without us surrendering the original BL — a clear violation of our agreement and standard international trade practices.

The second 50% payment is now overdue by more than 60 days, despite multiple written reminders via email and WhatsApp. This conduct has caused serious financial and operational losses to our business.

We are making this complaint public to warn other exporters, suppliers, and trade partners to exercise extreme caution and ensure secure payment/shipment terms when dealing with this company or Mr. Syed Ayaz Rizvi Israr Mehndi.

Supporting evidence — including the purchase contract, BL, invoices, and correspondence — can be provided to relevant authorities, trade bodies, and dispute resolution forums upon request.
We will update this complaint if the matter is resolved amicably.
