I ordered his newest book and was charged and additional charge of $71.40 on my card which was totally unauthorized. Then when I called I was given this email address of customerserviceitvdirect.com, where I could lodge a complaint about the extra charge. Well... there is no actual place in which to do this except here. I do hope this gets to the appropriate hands where I can at least get my money refunded. I am going to lodge a complaint and also file charges against this company for fraudulent and deceptive practices with the FCC if I do not receive my money back in a reasonable amount of time. I was told on the phone it could take up to 4 - 6 weeks. How strange... since it took the woman at the other end of the phone line five minutes to take my money! If Mr. Trudeau is indeed owner/CEO of this company... then he is responsible for the people he hires to take his orders. Would like a response from you immediately upon receipt of this email please. What a shame, his books are interesting and informative...

    I recently had a similar experience with NaturalCures.com. After signing up for the 2 week trial and canceling the same day, a charge was still made to my credit card. Immediately after I saw the charge, I emailed (since there is phone number on the contact page) them 4 times over the next 3 weeks. I received no response, and I am still trying to resolve the issue.

    As mentioned above, the same thing has happened to me. I bought the book with a credit card and was charged $9.95 for membership, which I did not authorize. Since the email adddress cannot be accessed, I have written a letter and am trying to recoup the monies. I did not join, I do not want to join, and I want my money back for the unauthorized charges to my card.

    To all victims of NaturalCures website:

    I subscribed to the 7 day free trail to Trudeau's website and since I was having problems entering the website(the password they gave me didn't work..surprise!) I canceled the FREE membership immediately. They have continued to charge my account every month, to this day.($15.90 per month for the website use and the newsletter I never ordered) I just recently reported it to my bank and had to write letters and submit evidence that I canceled the service on time. They are still trying to get my money back.. I think it will not be easy.

    I agreed to a 30-day free trial to Natural Cures web site and the newsletter, with the option to call the toll-free number to cancel within that 30 days. I tried numerous times by phone but was never put through to speak to a representative, so I sent an email requesting cancelation and verification by return email . . . still with no response. I contacted my credit card company to see what could be done to avoid being charged and had to cancel my credit card to avoid charges.

    Even though Kevin Trudeau says many things that are true and beneficial, he needs to stop his company's unethical practices that he so vehemently condemns in others!

    My account was billed for a newsletter after I was told it was free. Did not want to pay any money and they won't stop. Would like it cancelled.

    Well I have been on hold 3 times now and the first time was about 15 mins, the second was 25 mins. and the guy hung up. Now I habve been on hold for about ten mis. and I am being charged for each calls....

    I am trying to get help for the $9.95 I was charged for express shipping when it went ground and both are showing on my bill.......

    Also to let you know I was charged too much. the book was $14.95 + 9.95 Sh, then $9.95 for express and my total is $54.75.....Why?

    I am being charged a fee $9.95 on my credit card that was not authorized. I purchased the book for resource purposes and did not authorize any other monies for anything else. Now I have this fee on my credit card. It's a shame that this persist and people are being ripped off. Now I have to change my credit card, because of some one is trying to get rich. Maybe what Mr. Trudeau was saying when he printed on the cover of his books, " They Don't Want You To Know About" was really his own statement and the part about the Government, maybe that also has a totally different meaning. Hopefully some one in government will catch up with him. He should be ashamed in the business that he conducts.

    I have had the same experience with the books and the newsletter as all of you. It refers you to a number you can never reach, plus the newsletter and other unsolicited charges as well. I reported it to the credit card company today, and they noted that since my last statement, another charge has been added , some kind of cleanse which I never ordered. The phone number is for ITV enterprises, which I goggled, and it is an advertisement for a "make money" scheme. Has anyone resolved this matter successfully? The charges amount to about $70 so far.

    I canceled my membership 6 months ago before I would be billed the monthly $9.95. Only recently have I noticed that I have still been getting billed monthly adding up to $59.70 . I have e-mailed them numerous times without any reply. I love Kevin Trudeau's books and very helpful and true information. However his company's work ethic leaves me in disgust.

    I ordered the Weight Loss book by phone after watching an infomercial and, just like the rest of the complaints, agreed to a one month free trial of a news letter. I looked for about a week for the letter on my e-mails and nothing appeared. I started getting concerned that it would start at the end of the one month free trial period and then I would get billed 9.95 when I hadn't even seen it yet. I then tried calling the number given to me and, of course no human would respond, only voice messages. After trying several times to reach someone, I finally reached a David on an order line. I figured they would have to answer that line! They certainly weren't answering the "check your order status" or the "cancel your order" lines. Anyway, I requested he cancel my order and he said he did. I also called the credit card co. and told them about my concern about the legitimacy of the whole transaction. She will send me a form to fill out that will, hopefully, stop a monthly charge. From all the other letters, I'm quite concerned that this will never be resolved. Is there anyone out there who successfully got their money back.

    I am having the same problem... I order one of the Natural Cures book a few month ago. and ever since they have been taking money off my bank account... I have been trying to reach the number that the ordering line have giving me but nobody answers the phone... for two months I have been trying to solve this issue. However I was able to contact my bank and explain the issue and they was able to refund me back my money. I try asking my bank to put a block on my account from the Natural Cures Thief's, but they said I have to cancel it myself.

    Is there anyone out there who knows how to stop those monthly charges?

    I tried the 30 day free trial, and on day three, was still unable to log on, so I e-mailed for assistance, and got no help whatsoever. I started to feel like I was being scammed, and so I cancelled the free trial and membership on day four. Well, for 3 months now, I have had the 9.95 charge show up on my bill, and still cannot log on. I called the 1-800 numbers they give you, and get put on hold for no less than 15 minutes at a time. I have only a cell phone, which charges me by the minute!!

    I guess my only alternative is to cancel my credit card.

    It would be great if all web sites like these had a grading system like ebay, where all good and bad comments are published, and the customers have the opportunity to decide after they read "both sides of the story".

    I recently noticed a charge on my bank statement for $9.95 from natural cures. I only ordered the books and I thought that the newsletter was free. I don't like being abused this way. Please stop this!!!

    Hello, had similar problems as those above. I got the 30 day trial membership but it seems impossible to cancel - get error messages every time I try to cancel online. Sent 5 emails to the addresses provided on the site, but no responses from Naturalcures. I found this phone number on another web forum, said calling here could cancel your membership, 1 800 215 0063 , I called - was on hold a while but eventually got to talk to a person who said that he had now cancelled my membership. (I just hope that was a true statement).

    I'll never order by phone again. The lady I talked to had at least 50 offers of this and that before we finalized the order. I've been hounded via telephone by all those companies I said no to as well as being charged for a newsletter I don't want by them and a weight loss letter. They are nothing more than a "weekly reader" with nothing new to offer for the $9.95 . Thanks for the number, I'm going to give it a try.

    I have had the same experiences with this rip-off company, Mr. Trudeau should be serving time by now. If I was putting fraudulant charges on someone credit card, I would be. It sounds like the only way to avoid making him any richer is too cancel my credit card. Consumer BEWARE.!!!

    Don't even call any numbers, just cancel your credit card and save your dignity.

    As for the cures you will not find any in his book or his web site.

    I wanted to save my mother's life based on the Trudeau lies of natural cures that can cure so I ordered the books only and they billed me for so newsletters I never order and 9mos later my mother has passed and the Trudeau books have not come yet and their still billing me maybe his next book will tell how to bring your love ones back to life because you have a better chance of that then getting you money back from the great Kevin Trudeau master of free speech to him is personal ok to rip off the have notes good luck Kevin tell me what hell is like on your return trip...

    I have tried to call in and cancel the news letter that I(too) did not order but as others cannot get any one to help me. I am calling consumers affairs and try to get some help. The books are not worth the headache... wanda pengelly

    I bought the diet book and I am now getting a charge of 9.95 on my credit card statement. I told the guy I didn't want anything extra, just the book. When you subscribe to these things you can never get them cancelled. Well, He did it anyways. I also tried calling the number on my credit card statement and they put me on hold and never picked up to take my call. So beware when you go to purchase anything. Just go to the book store and purchase your books for now on, and it will save you a lot of trouble.

    I hope canceling my credit card was enough to stop the charges that this ### hole was getting
    from me for at least a year if not more -I could not get them or my bank to help me and after reading this I see Iam not alone! What can be done -he still sends the news letter and I don't want it and have no entetions of paying for something I don't want! I am not sure why he sends it still as he dose not have my old card to charge. This has cause me alot of stress as I feel totaly ripped off and helpless. Can any one give me some advice Please.

    I have cancelled my news letter five times!!! and am still getting billed on my credit card each moth. How do I stop this ? I will now have to cancel my credit card and get new # this is such awful business really fraud if you ask me. This guy needs to be stopped as his information is nothing anyone doesn't already know.... such a con-artist. Thank you

    I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT IN 2007, AFTER THEY TOOK FOUR $9.95 PAYMENTS FROM MY ACCOUNT. I GOT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL INVOLVED AND THE MONEY WAS RETURNED. NOW IN 2008 THEY HAVE BEGUN TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST RIPOFF ARTIST IN THIS COUNTRY.

    Totally opposite for me. First I ordered it on one credit card and it all went smooth, I did it over the internet on his website. I Canceled thinking I didnt really need it. They stopped billing my Cedit Card right away. But then I found out I was wrong and reordered it again and now I enjoy the heck out of it and it helps me my family so much.
    They have a new udated wedsite that is great.

    We ordered the books, and added the extra one for Weight loss cures. We received all 3 in less than 3 weeks. So no complaints there, the shipping was right on target..BUT, we did notice, the main book is missing over 50 pages, there are 50 pages repeated n their place. I emailed them wondering if it was a scam. If they were all misprinted, he would have gotten a great deal, if not a loss to write off, which would explain how he could GIVE the books for free, they were free. We were talked into a trial membership on ATHOME.com, a big scam that is, nothing for free there, and have cancelled that. Didn't sign up for the newsletter thing, hope it doesn't show up on our credit card. Has anybody given any thought to the fact that if this guy has any merit in what he is saying, that maybe the gov't is trying to make this guy look like a scammer, to stop people from finding out that they themselves are the ones to not believe? Just a thought.

    When I ordered Kevin Trudeau’s books, I declined the offer of a “FREE” membership. All I wanted was the books. Automatic deductions began for the Newletter I never wanted or ordered.
    I have tried to call, wasted countless minutes of time on "hold" or caught in a "loop" with no answers. I was eventually told my account was cancelled, and the deduction STILL keeps coming out of my checking account every month. A ring of thieves in the guise of “helping people” find cures? At first I thought it was all a mistake. Now I realize that it is an intentional SCAM. The complaints about the same experiences are numerous on this website. My first letter (hard-copy) got no response whatsoever. I just finished my second letter and I will have to PAY to send it certified with return receipt. Natural Cures staff - Cancel my account immediately and STOP stealing from your customers!

    i have found the 1st book to be very informative ... and was going to subscribe to the website, but am very glad i happened upon this stuff first ... maybe i'll just stick with forming my own opinions about the information he has given me in the books .

    1. Firstly you need to present proof to your bank, show them that you have contact Kevin Trudeau's company and try to cancel the charges. Then, inform your bank to reverse those charges.

    2. Cancel your credit card. Get a new card from ANOTHER bank.

    I AGREED TO TAKE THE FREE NEWS LETTER ALSO, AND CANCELLED ACCORDING TO THE TIME LIMIT, THAT WAS ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2005.     I would like to cancel any further involvement with regards to natural cures. You are charging me 10.35 per month which I did not agree to .So stop charging my credit card immediately.
    If I would have known about all the problems with your so called company I would have never signed up for your books.
    I have read many of the peoples complaints and agree with what they say. Be a Great Person and listen. Is this a get rich scheme. If so you and all your collegues sure scamed us.
    So all I'm asking stop charging my credit card.
    Please do the right thing and be at ease.
