Natura Market review: Refund for 3 jars of mayonnaise that I sent back at my expense of 20 dollars.

Purchased 4 jars of mayonnaise recently.

Opened one jar, did not like the taste.

Contacted the company to return the remaining 3.

Company refused my request AFTER I had paid 20 dollars to ship it back.

On their site it says they will not accept open product. My last 3 jars were FULLY SEALED and NOT OPEN... but they informed in an email... they will not accept an OPEN BOX.

This is manipulation of wording and it should be made more clear for customers.

Now I am out 20 dollars shipping it back and the price of 3 jars.

They just said I am sorry but we cannot accept a return..
