National Maintenance Contractors

2/14/2020 - One of the representatives there was giving us a call to take care of some work for them. Called back, as a courtesy to them, to let them know that we would not be able to handle this for them.

I proceeded to not be transferred to the person who called me. Wasn't offered to leave a message. I told him what I needed to tell her and I got hung up on. I tried calling back multiple times to clarify that she would get my message. The young man I spoke with hung up on me and has since not called back. My calls are not being answered at this time, after calling multiple times.

Very unprofessional!

Very rude - both people I spoke with. She was calling me to see if we could assist and yet she was being very rude to me. She would not give details, and whenever I asked for her to clarify what she was talking about she would not. She just proceeded to tell me she doesn't know and couldn't give me any details. Unprofessional, not friendly, and rude.
