National Auto Sales I bought this car from National Auto Sales, Inc

I bought this car from National Auto Sales, Inc. and I've been having to take it to the repair shop quite often. The car keeps having problems and I've been taking it back to the dealer's repair shop. I've complained about several issues with the car, but they either can't or don't see the problems I've reported. Now, there are even more issues happening and I can't seem to get any answers. The repair shop is telling me that I'm out of warranty for those repairs.

National Auto Sales I financed a car from National Auto Sales, Inc

I financed a car from National Auto Sales, Inc. back in March, and ever since then, I've been experiencing issues with the car on a weekly basis. My most recent interaction with them was today, July 18, 2022. I dropped off my car for maintenance on Thursday, July 14, 2022, specifically to fix my horn. However, when I picked up my car today, not only was my horn still not working, but my radio, headlights, blinkers, and windshield wipers were also not functioning properly. Additionally, the car didn't want to pull or drive smoothly. It's disappointing that National Auto Sales is not making any effort to reimburse me or resolve the problem.

National Auto Sales Ira, the general manager, is a real piece of work

Ira, the general manager, is a real piece of work. He's always calling and yelling at you, talking to you disrespectfully, and belittling you. And to top it off, he demands that you make a payment! Honestly, someone needs to kick him out of his job because he's so unprofessional. I mean, why should I have to deal with someone who can't even show me a little respect?

Let me tell you about this one time when I got hacked by some hacker who stole money from my bank account. I tried to explain the situation to Ira, but he just didn't care. He told me to make a payment today or else my car would be repossessed tomorrow. Can you believe that? He doesn't give a damn about the fact that I've always made my payments on time and that I've been a loyal customer for two years!

I'm telling you, this guy is heartless and rude. He really needs to be fired. I wish I could show you the recordings of him talking to me like he's lost his mind. It's just unbelievable.

National Auto Sales I got a big problem, someone stole my identity!

I got a big problem, someone stole my identity! I need you to block all those fake accounts on my credit reports from Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. I didn't do any of those transactions, and I never gave permission for anyone to use my personal info. I know my rights, thanks to Congress and The Federal Trade Commission. They say that when a victim of identity theft disputes a fake account on their credit report, all the credit bureaus have to listen and block the fraudulent info within 4 days. They also have to tell all the data providers about it, as stated in section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Oh, and by the way, there's this NATAUTOSLS thing with a balance of $8,362.00.

National Auto Sales I bought a 2016 Jeep Compass from National Auto Sales in February 2022

I bought a 2016 Jeep Compass from National Auto Sales in February 2022. The vehicle costs around $25,000 to pay off. It stopped working on me during Easter, so I had to take it to the shop for repairs. I also went to Valveline for an oil change, and they told me that my supertine belt, which connects to the water pump, was causing problems. I informed the shop about this issue in July this year. Then, in July 2022, my horn stopped working. I took my vehicle to the shop on July 15th, and they kept it over the weekend to figure out the problem. I called on Monday morning to check the status, and they said it was ready. However, it wasn't actually done until around 4pm on Monday, July 18th. I spoke to ***, the shop manager, and he informed me that the total cost of the repairs was $572. They put me on a payment plan for that amount. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that the signals, headlights, horn, and windshield wipers were not working. Now, I have to take my vehicle back to the shop. I asked to be switched to another vehicle after speaking with a manager at the car place, but they refused, saying I need to keep my current vehicle for 2 years before they can switch it out. I believe this company sells faulty cars at high prices.

National Auto Sales I called the place just to ask why the messages were so mean

I called the place just to ask why the messages were so mean. When the lady who I think is the receptionist answered the phone, I told her my problem and then it was quiet for like 10 seconds. She came back laughing and said okay, I was surprised that she found it funny. I asked to talk to someone who could maybe give me an answer about these text messages I keep getting. I got transferred to *** the *** the way this guy started talking to me was crazy especially for someone in his position. He was rude, spoke to me with so much anger in his voice, so much hostility. I told him how I felt like I was being bothered by the messages that his employees are sending out. All he could say to me is "No one is bothering you", "You owe me money", "until you pay me my money, you will keep feeling this way", "money, money, money". I can't stress enough how much this affected me emotionally. You never ever know what someone is going through, or how your words can and will affect them. Thankfully for my situation I'm not the only one who has had problems with ***. If it wasn't for the internet then I wouldn't have known his name. After he was done yelling at me, I asked for his name and he hung up on me. Nothing like that has ever happened to me and I hope it never happens again. I have lost all trust and respect for the company. Never again will I recommend anyone to buy a car from National Auto Sales. Something needs to happen to *** as well, he shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers the way he does and get away with it. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

National Auto Sales On 11/15, my car overheated while I was driving, so I stopped and called National service center

On 11/15, my car overheated while I was driving, so I stopped and called National service center. I asked if I could bring my car in because I didn't know what was wrong. They gave me the address, so I waited for StateFarm to send a tow truck. Once Chase at National received my car, he told me it was a water pump failure. He said it would take about 5 days to fix because it had to go to a motor shop. So, I took PTO for those days because I had no way to work. National doesn't give loaners after the five days. I called to check the status, and they told me that now the water pump was fixed, but my car was having a problem with the timing chain. They said it would be an additional cost for repairs. At first, it was only my water pump, and now it's my timing chain that I have to pay for because the motor company didn't do something right when changing my pump. So now it's another cost for me. I called the assistant manager at National to get answers, and he told me that if Chase said I have to pay, then he agrees with Chase. Like, what the heck! Long story short, I have been without my car for 3 weeks. I have been calling out from work for 2 weeks, and my job is trying to figure out if I have abandoned my job. Not only that, the school social worker at my children's school is calling and asking questions as to why my children haven't been to school for the past 3 weeks. My life is turning upside down because the motor shop messed up my car and is trying not to fix it. They keep pushing the completion date further out. I need my car! I can't pay my bills without my car, and my children can't attend school without my car. National doesn't care about your problems or situation, even if they caused it. They just want their money! But how do you expect to get paid if you're hindering me from making my money?

National Auto Sales I bought a car from National Auto Sales, Inc

I bought a car from National Auto Sales, Inc. on 04/21. They say their cars are fully inspected, have low down payments, and come with a good warranty. They even claim that bad cars don't make it to their lot. But right from the start, I noticed many mechanical problems with the car that worried me. I emailed Chase, the service manager, about the 12 issues I was having. He did a diagnostic and found that the turbo was bad. How did this happen if the cars are fully inspected and bad cars don't make it to the lot? It's clear that either the inspection wasn't thorough or the mechanics aren't qualified because the turbo is a major part of the car. They fixed the turbo, but I still had many more issues. I called and emailed about my problems during the 30-day warranty period, but no one ever responded. Now, my warranty is over and I'm still stuck with all these problems. I realized they were never going to help me, until my head gasket blew. I was furious, so I emailed the president and showed him proof that I was ignored throughout my warranty period. And what was his response? I had to pay for the repairs myself. I had to pay half in cash and finance the other half into my loan. That's really unfair. So, since I didn't trust their ethics anymore, I took my car to a mechanic I trusted. He fixed the head gasket, but the car still has the same issues, and now it's so bad that it's not safe to drive. I tried to negotiate and communicate with National Auto Sales, Inc. to get a fair solution, but they refused to do what's right, even though they claim to on their website. I can't afford to get a new engine after spending $2k on the head gasket repair, plus my car payment, insurance, and rental. All for a car that doesn't work. So, I had to return the car to them, and I want them to remove me from the loan as compensation.
