Nasty Galwaiting on my refund!!

I returned two items, and only received a refund for one of them. I have been emailing with the customer service reps for over two weeks to get this sorted out. Both items were in the same package. I received a refund for one of the items (which I already received) so I know they have the second item in their possession. Nobody can give me an answer and I am getting no where with the customer service reps. Every time I respond to an email, I get a new person - so I have to tell my story over again. There is no phone number to call.

This is a very poor way to treat your customers. I have returned your item but you are failing to return my money. That is not ethical.

Someone please help - this is not right.
