I am recently retired and looking to ride for pleasure. Cisco at N+1 fitted my old racing bike with handlebars and wider tires that are much more conducive to my comfort and safety! N+1 Cyclery is the best bike shop I've ever visited. Cisco who is the owner is attentive, kind, and extremely knowledgeable on all things bike related. I went in looking for a bike that could fit my special needs and he found the most perfect bike for me. He showed me how to assemble the bike, how it works, and the safest way for me to ride it. I would highly recommend this business based on the customer service and expert knowledge Cisco possesses.

Learn more 15 reviews 12 ratings N+1 Cyclery, the bike shop I visited, was a terrible experience. The owner is extremely rude. I was charged $33 more than the estimate, and when I questioned it, he dismissed it by saying it was just an estimate and that he is three times cheaper than other bike shops. I strongly disagree with his claim, as I believe *** would have done a better job at a more reasonable price. Additionally, instead of informing me in advance, I was surprised with the increased cost when I went to pick up my bike. To make matters worse, I received a call on ***day, which happened to be a holiday, informing me that my bike was ready for pick up. However, since the shop is closed on Tuesdays, I was unable to retrieve it. The following day, I received a rude call from the owner stating that if I didn't pick up my bike by Friday, he would charge me $15 per day. This posed a problem for me as I have classes from *** through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, making it difficult to pick up during those hours. Fortunately, I managed to arrange for someone else to pick up the bike on my behalf, but the owner was equally rude to them. It is unacceptable to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. I will never return to N+1 Cyclery and I strongly advise against anyone else going there as well.
