There is a charge o n my credit card account and i cant get a telephone number to learn what it is all abo ut. 877

The amount is $89.31 and i am afraid they will continue to charge my accou nt since they have my acccount number.

    I ordered trial of Acai and have been unable (like everyone else, it seems) to cancel further payments being debitted from my account. The last one was $139 Aus. dollars. I am a single mother and cannot afford people helping themselves to the little money I earn. Tried the phone number given on several occasions and it always informs me that their office is unattended.

    Don't believe them when they say that your refund will be credited to your account in 5 to 10 days. This happened to me in November and I'm still waiting. I called again today, and was told to wait a couple of more days, then the lady hung up on me. Isn't there someone we can report this to.

    I have just been stung with the same problem from this company.
    I did NOT order the goods they keep sending me either - a FREE Sample is very expensive so DON'T get caught out like me.
    The website I used was 'AcaiBerry Power 500' it comes up with www.extremeacaiberry.com. If you click on to their 'Terms' their is a phone number to enable you to cancel but it's not free from the UK. Also they won't accept returns. I have phoned my credit card company fraud dept and they are looking into it for me.

    DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SITE - THEY ARE TRULY CROOKED -BE WARNED

    I received a charge of 89.31 on my credit card and no product. I called last month when a charge showed up and I told them to cancel and refund my money. She insisted the account was not canceled. I have never set up an account there so why should I be charged. I accused them of scamming people and she let me know they were not scamming. But they are. She insisted she could not credit my account with the charges. AAARRRRHHH.

    I am so shocked and went online about all this scam and all the charges on my credit and i have tried to call the numbers and they seemed to not to care to help me out and they should not to run this bussiness if they don't do anything to help and take our money and i just don't trust to any thing on the computer where they want people to buy off and next they say to promise as not to charge and they charged more than i didn't know til i open my letter and that is a big warning and then I have to call them and say this is a mistake here...Do they seem to care and no way they do!!! They seem to laugh at us and hell with you. Shame on them for taking our money.

    I ordered a trial size of this product for $1.00, before i even received
    the trial size, my credit card was charged $89.31 for a 30 day supply
    which i have never received. I have called the company several times
    to get these charges dropped. The first time I was told I had to wait 14 business days for them to come off, after 14 business days went by and the
    charges did not come off, I called again and they told me the same thing
    that I would have to wait another 14 business days. Well guess what, Iam
    still waiting. This company is stealing people's money and they need to be
    stopped. Do not buy anything from this company!

    I saw an Internet ad for "AcaiBerry as seen on Rachael Ray" with video and to try a FREE trial for $3 or $4, I clicked it off and then offered for just $1, so I thought why not... big mistake, because a week or two after the $1 charge, before I even received the trial size, MyEZtrim charged to my credit card $89.31. Also, www.fit-fac.com charge for $29.95 (which I did not even know about). I called them both and demanded they remove the charges immediately... www.fit-fac.com did just a few days later on 12/9/08, but MyEZTrim has not even after I've called them several times.

    Truth is I would NEVER pay $89.31 a month for any supplement, because I'm on disability and can't afford it. As far as I'm concerned they are nothing but crooks, hoping you're someone stupid enough not to check charges to your credit card accounts. There should be some legal charges that can be bought against crooked businesses like this.

    I am in the same boat as you! I have been charges threee times and im getting no where, i requested the free trial through www.wuyi-tea-diet.com, and since have been charged 3 times. I spoke on instant message with one of the representatives but I kept going in circles, saying i haven't ordered the tea, i haven't recieved any! Still she kept saying on return of the product you will receive a full refund! I have nothing to return. I am going to my bank on Monday to see if i can get my money back and to stop any further payments.

    I have been charged for this at least 5 times and tried to cancel 3 times. I just called again minuteds ago and I am soooo frustrated and angry that people are so awful. 89.31. Adds up to a lot. Where and how can I get my hands on this company?

    This company made an unauthorized debit of my child support card in the amount of $89.31 for a product that I did not order, and furthermore, never even received. I do not recall speaking with anyone from this company, but if they did call to solicit me, I certainly did not give them permission to charge my child support debit card or any other. I have researched the internet and there are several websites that have stories similar to mine. This company is ripping off hundreds, maybe thousands of people. I "cancelled" the order on 11/26/08 (the order we never made) upon realizing that this child support debit card was missing the $89.31 as I attempted to use it and was declined to my embarassment. I was advised that I would receive a refund within 14 days. I called on the 14th calendar day and was advised it was 14 business days. I called on 12/15/08, after the 14 business days were up and was told that they would "contact corporate" to have them investigate and that it could take an additional 3 - 5 business days. It has been almost a month, still no refund, and never did receive any product, not that I want the product. Thank God this is not a bank debit card, because several people on the complaints website who had no idea of the charge lost additional money in overdraft fees from other items being returned due to insufficient funds. I HAVE SENT THIS COMPLAINT TO THE ATTORNERY GENERAL'S OFFICE IN MY STATE AND IN FLORIDA. I AM HOPING THAT EVERYONE WHO READS THIS WILL TAKE THE TIME TO DO THE SAME AND MAYBE WE CAN GET THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN. MAYBE WE CAN FIND A LAWYER TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. WE WOULDN'T GET ANY MONEY OUT OF IT LIKELY, BUT MAYBE WE CAN HURT THEIR POCKET. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ANYMORE. ANYONE INTERESTED? ANY LAWYERS OUT THERE THAT COULD GIVE SOME ADVICE?

    Wow, so it seems that not only i was ripped off by MYEZTRIM. I was sent to a website that i could try a risk free trial of the Acai pills for ONLY $3.95. So i thought ok what the heck. Oddly enough, I paid with my debit card, yet the charges appeared on my credit card which are two seperate numbers. I ordered November 29th and finally on December 15th, a charge of $89.31 appeared on my credit card. It is now December 17th and i have yet to recieve my order. It took at least an hour trying to speak with someone about this, and when i did, they were rude and said that my subscription can be cancelled but the money can't be refunded.

    not only am i furious about this, but i also have additionally charges on my card. So please look out for these:

    Now i need to call two other numbers to cancel subscriptions to things i didn't even know i was suscribing to. The man at fit-fac explained that when ordering the acai you are automatically signed up for these other things. He though was able to refund the $29.95 to my card and said that it will take up to 7 business days to go through. He also assured me that no additional charges will be made, but i will be checking everyday to make sure.

    For anybody thinking of buying these products DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. It is more of a hassel than anything else. It's a scam and the pills probably don't even work. I've learned my lesson and never again will i give out any of my numbers to offers saying "FREE TRIAL, JUST PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING"

    I am still currently working with my bank to remove the unauthorized charge of $89.31 from my card.

    I ordered a free sample of the product which I have never received. My credit card was charged $89.31 for something that I never agreed to. All I wanted was a free sample and if it worked would have ordered more. But under there devious business practice I would never use any of their products.

    I ordered a free 14 day trial of ACAIBERRY from Acaiburn.com and suddenly I had 3 subsequent charges taken from my credit card account. I checked with Acaiburn.com and they tell me that they are no affiliates to Myeztrim. It must be a coincidence that there have been exact incidences which have been reported and no one seems to doing anything about it. Please note that there are so many similiarities; their telephone numbers are [protected] for Acaiburn and [protected] for Myeztrim. How coincidental is this. This is surely a scam, illegal trading at it's best and it is about time that authorities did something about it. What is the objective of having a complaints board if you're doing nothing about it. Please advise on the next steps I should be taking to get back my money.

    I ordered the sample of Acai Berry for $1.00 and then received another bottle and was charged $83.91. Nowhere on there site did I read that this would happen. There also was no phone number on the site, my first shipment, or the first charge on my bank statement. The only time I saw the phone number was on the second charge on my statement. By the time I was able to phone them, they told me it was too late to get my money back. What a rip off!!

    Hi, I ordered a trial bottle of Acai fusion on line, was charged $3.95 US was put thru on my visa under Fastmelt. all I asked for was the trial one. I then recieved another full order billed to my visa under Myeztrim for $89.31 14 days later, the shipping label was under Fullfillment at 4650 SW 51st ST. Davie FL 33314 Was returned to them by registered mail to refund my money. 8 days later there was another charge to my visa for $19.95 under Fit Factory also known as Acai no product recieved. I then recieved another charge to my visa acct. a month later for $89.31 billed under easy 30 day thin also know as acai. These charges were put on my acct. even affter they had recieved my registered letter. I am working with my bank to have all these charges reversed. This Co. is a fraud and should be shut down. The no I was given to call with the first trial order that I did recieve was [protected] to call between 8.am and 5pm MST but when I called I was told by recorder to call back between 6pm and 9 pm but could never get thru.

    I have a debit to my account for $89.31. Order #911386. I did not authorize this. This is not right. You must take it off immediatly and credit my account back. YOu are not nice peopel who create problems for us. Kindly do as told. This was placed on my account 12/05/08. I cannot reach you by phone.

    I have had the exact same thing happen to me I am feeling very sick, most importantly because it's the Christmas season and I'm expecting to use that money for presents. I would appreciate advice on how to resolve the problem.

    I ordered a free trial. I paid the shipping and handling. The company states to contact them by telephone within 7 days to avoid further charges ($89.31). I have been unable to contact them via phone. A recording keeps you on hold and no one ever answers. I stayed on hold for over an hour. Needless to say, the company charged debited my checking account. I had to change my account number to avoid future debits.

    The terms this company has you agree to are tricky and deceitful. I just got off the phone with a man from the company and told him that I sound young because I am, I'm a college student, but both of my parents are successful and popular lawyers and I assured him that I am well versed in fraud and scams, and that I read every word of the contract, which I did. I told him that I realized that it's not his fault and he just works for the company but that myself and many others feel completely cheated and I do believe after rereading the contract that it is a blatant and purposeful way of cheating the customers. I told him that they are not clear, and that I am more than frustrated and that if he could not take care of me I would like to speak to someone who can and I will wait as long as I have to. He cancelled my account like I told him to, and gave me a conformation number, not sure if thats proof enough, but he told me he could not send me a conformation e-mail. I also told him that I know the 89 dollar shipment has not been shipped yet because my sample took more than a month to arrive so I would like that cancelled and the money returned to me. I told him that if he says it has been shipped I expect it to be here in no less than 5 days, being as it was charged 3 days ago. He told me it was not shipped and that he would cancel the order and I could get a return on the money...we'll see if he's telling the truth. As you can see i'm not the type of person who is going to be scammed, you don't have to be either! Don't buy this product if you haven't already! And do not let them tell you they have shipped it, chances are they haven't! This is a scam and they know it, so push hard and they have to break.

    This has just happened to me today. I live in the UK, and a mysterious payment named '14slimpill' for £60.01 or $89.91. I'm on the phone to the bank now but there seems to be no way of cancelling this payment, or contacting America. I feel impotent, as there seems to be nothing I can do. My bank are not being very helpful. Maybe I'll be paying a mysterious £60.01 a month for the rest of my life. I have not received any product either. Did anyone else?

    I have been charged just the 3.95 but I have still not received my product. I had also read that if you use this plus a product called Colotox you would have better results. Well, I have not received either product and I was charged 45.85 instead of 5.95 on the Colotox. So, watch out for this scam also.

    The phone number is [protected] -- but you have to call between 9 and 5 Eastern Monday through Friday. I also got the two charges on the same day of $29.95 and you can bet I'll be calling right away tomorrow morning!!

    These idiots charged my ATM $90!!! What the...I don't have any product and I don't want any product...but they charged my card anyway! I don't recall giving this company my permission to do this. HELP!

    Thank you for the return of the money. But overall I am not happy with the service I have received and I am not happy with you saying that I called Mary stupid. If you re-listen to the recording, I did not call Mary stupid I stated that she had inferred that I was stupid. I was not in anyway trying to harm this lady's career, but I did want it to be known that I felt as if I was told to lie to the company. I am sorry that you have not decided to listen to the concerns of your customers. Therefore I feel that this was not handled appropriately in any way at all. I am not happy with this company in any way shape or form.     I have been caught as well i did, nt realise just ordering a sample could cause such a headache.I am on the phone now to my credit card company to see what they can do. If it means cancelling my card that, s what iwill do. My card company has advised that i try and contact them but reading what other people have written i can not see me having any success. They have also advised me to send an email i hold my breath and hope i can get some sence from this company. ONE THING IS FOR SURE THIS WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST SAMPLE I WILL EVER SEND FOR.

    Hi yes I too was stupid. Luckily I got suspicious by the small peice of paper that I received with the trial and my Boyfriend googled the company and saw all the above posts. I then rang my Bank who said this was a big scamand immediately cancelled my Card. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN STOP IT. I realise some people above had had some success, but my Bank says it is the best way. They also are investigating the Company with the Fraud Department. Please please, make sure all your friends know about the scam. I considered myself intelligent. What a total fool I was. I am the lucky one, only lost the postage amount

    Unbeleivable, I`ve been suckered as well. I`ve never purchased this so called product Myeztrim. I have a liver disease so I would not jeopardized my health to some so called ``magic pills``. After reviewing my statement I`ve been charged over 100.00 after converting 89.31 to canadian funds. How long will this go on until this nonsence is stopped. I tried to call the number on my statement and they say to call back later mountain standard time.
