My husband's whole paycheck j was taken by fraud. He also had a savings with MyWisely and whoever used his info transfered his savings onto his wisely account and was about to use that but luckily he happened to be online and stopped that . Someone also called in and changed hus phone #. He immediately called my wisely and tried to file a dispute but they won't do it unless he has a social security card and DL. HE hasnt had a physical card in years . So the other option was to send his W_2 WITH his complete social on it . That is not possible. They only print the last 4 of his social. Customer service told him that was the only option . They now are holding his wisely account hostage until he can get a social security card . That takes 6 weeks! Keep in mind he jas no money at all . NONE! MY WISELY does not care . This was a supervisor we were talking to . They have zero CS skills and now we have no money ! I am taking this complaint to the highest level . If I have to email the President that is what I am going to do . This has also happened to a friend of mine and they took her money and hekd it for a month! This is crazy and as soon as he can he is closing that Wisely account and telling everyone thst will listen hiw horrible they are! ADP should be ashamed .

On Friday April24,2026 my husband checked his account balance on the MyWiselyApp and found there were transactions on there that were not his. His whole paycheck was wiped out. Someone had gained access to the mywisejy app and used his card for about 1200.00. Immediately called My Wisely and as he was talking to a CS rep someone transferred 1000.00 from his savings to his debit card . The CS REP locked the account. Then told us that they had to verify who they were talking to ,which is fine except for the fact he had to upload his DL and his social security card. Problem is he has not had a physical social security card in years . He has tons of other documents that would verify who he is but was told there were no other options. He had to have a w-2 or a receipt from social security that had his full number on it which is a big problem because no one prints out the full number anymore. At this time we asked for a supervisor and got hung up on . Called back finally got a supervisor that pretty much did not care that we had no money as we live paycheck to paycheck. He said pretty much that there was nothing he could do for us. They were extremely rude and did not care at all . I found a w-2 from 2018 that had his full number printed on it and uploaded it to them on Sunday morning. We also went to Socisl Security on Monday and ordered a new card . It takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive it . We called mywisely on Monday also for them to tell us it takes 48 hours for them to go over documents. Keep in mind they are aware we have no money at all . The CS rep also refused to transfer us to a supervisor. He said we would hear back from them in 48 hours. Here it is Tuesday,48 hours later , and have not heard a word. I pulled up mywisely complaints online and was shocked to see all the similar complaints about them. This is an ongoing problem and they have terrible customer service skills . I dont know what to do at this point . We have zero money and we are so frustrated .. We are closing the account as soon as we have access to our funds and I hope that MyWisely looks at all these complaints and fixes the problem because as it stands now they are the worst company we have ever dealt with. Never in my life have I felt as helpless as they made me feel. They truly talk to peopje like they are dirt and there lack of empathy is alarming. I am also filing a complaint with ADP and the Attorney General in Texas .
