Bought a float from My Quick Buy through Amazon, but it turned out to be a dud. It wouldn't hold air, so I reached out to My Quick Buy for a refund. They told me to send them a picture of the destroyed float, which I did on June 4th. But I still haven't received my refund. Not cool.

I spent $105.99 on Order *** for the Intex Swim Center Family Lounge Inflatable Pool, 90" X 90" X 26" Ages 3+. It came on June 16th. I only used it a few times & it already broke. I was careful to hold the rubber around the plug with my hand before I pulled, but the WHOLE PLUG AND BOTTOM OF THE PLUG came out. There's a hole there and no way to plug the water in. This is a lot of money to spend for this to happen. I wanna return it for an exchange or refund. I contacted the seller and haven't heard anything back!

The pool didn't work right and we tried to get a refund, but the seller said we had to pay a restocking fee and for shipping. They didn't give us a return label either. We found out the pool was a bad design and unusable after we tried to use it. We messaged the seller many times, but they always had a different excuse for not giving us a refund. We talked to Amazon customer service reps and they helped us, but we had to wait for Jason He*** to do something. He didn't help us and didn't give us a refund. This company knows how to get around Amazon's rules. They should just help people who are unhappy with their products. They have a bad rating on the ComplaintsBoard.com of PA site. We spent a lot of time trying to get the pool to work and arguing with customer service reps. Amazon fixed the problem for us. My Quick Buy is a bad company and should be banned from Amazon. They lie and don't help their customers. They stole $600 from us.
