Ordered x4 Comfy Calming Beds on "buy one get one free special" on 10 September 2021. Immediately received notification that my payment went through with an order number. I have not yet received my order as yet - now 3 weeks later! I have emailed said company (there is no contact number) and have received no replies to my mails requesting the status of my order.
I hereby request a full refund
