I placed an order in july 2021and they did not give me what I ordered. I sent them pictures of what I received and explained that this was not what I ordered. They sent me an email back saying they were receiving a high amount of emails and they would get back to me in 24-72 hours. I emailed them about 8 times and kept getting a robot named bot! This has been now about three weeks that I have been trying to return the items and get a refund! Then they send me a link to return the items and it's an invalid address. Scam alert! This company sucks.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and to return the items.
Just filed a dispute with my credit card company, because of the dog bed I never got. At least my CC will refund my money.
I wish I would have checked the complaints on this company, before ordering. Ordered a pet bed on August 2nd the bogo offer and have not received anything. No response from them. Have emailed them and get the same response. We will send you an email when we ship your order. And that’s as far as it goes. They are a ripoff. Do NOT order from them!

Exact same problem I am having. I ordered a pet bed and got the bogo offer but received some kind of crappy bed cover. All I get is the run around from these thieving [censored]!
