I did not get the dog beds I ordered on September 2, 2021. The company also has closed their website and will not answer emails. They took my money and ran.

Ordered the beds in July 21, had no word for 4weeks! Emailed in Aug and John replied with out of stock you can have a refund! I said I'd wait.
Sept I emailed again, John said they would be in stock by the end of the week and will ship at the beginning of the next week.
Emailed 20th Sept asking for an update with no reply since! I've emailed a further 3 times to John and twice to the helpline complaining with no reply.

On August 09, 2021 I ordered two calming beds, it was their bogo sale. I saw the site through facebook and thought it's safe.
Well I am still waiting and I can not get in touch with them. When I try to go their web-site this is what it says below:

This is a scam. Not sure what to do next. I really want a refund!

Hi, my name is Elizabeth Ramirez and on 08/26/2021 I ordered 2 pet calming beds @ buy one, get one free, order# PU321Z95960239 and I have made my payments through Affirm and have yet to recieve my order! I work hard for my money so how can I get a refund? Tried emailing to no avail. and can't find a phone# for them! This is ridiculous! Do not order from this fake company. They'll just scam you!

Ordered September 7 no product also still seem to get emails trying to sell me more products including dog beds. I have sent multiple emails and no replies at all.

I ordered two of the theapuetic dog beds from you, have not received them have no email address for you can't find website online or nothing I would like to know what has happened to my beds. You did not hesitate to take my money. I ordered on 10/14/21 and it said would ship in a couple days--nothing. If I don't get some action I am going to my lawyer and the BBB.

I ordered 2 medium beds (buy one, get one free) in August 2021. This was ordered via Face Book on their site. Received an order No. #PU321Z11139. The money was deducted off my account on the same day. I have sent numerous Emails to them with no response about shipping, tracking number etc. I presume that this is a total scam and will never receive either a refund or the beds.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
This is a fake company
They will take your money and never send you anything
No matter how many times you request a refund they will ignore you
They are unable to provide any sort of tracking info or shipping company
Everything about them is criminal
If you have dealt with them please file complaints with the better business bureau

August 29, 2021 I ordered 2 (buy one get one free) calming beds. Fast forward to 27 Oct 2021, and 6 inquiry emails later- no beds, no response from company and no refund. This company is a fraud! I was sent a tracking number via semail that is connected to shop. According to the shop app, my order was shipped second week of September 2021. It's asking me to mark as received... NO! I've received nothing, not e even a response. I also lodged a complaint with the app, that also has gone unanswered.

I ordered two of those calming beds for my labs. It was on a bogo promotion. I also paid for the faster shipping. and it's been nothing but a nightmare with this company! There is no phone number to call anyone, and all they send are the same emails saying please be patient we will contact you shortly, regarding the return step. They are nothing but lying [censored]! No product. No refund and now the website is 'unavailable' Looks like they got me good

I order 2 beds on 8-1-21 never received them, emailed the company many times and nothing ! Scam ...

I order 3 beds on September 11 2021 and the money was taken from my Visa but I have not heard from this company or received the beds. I am wondering now if this is a scam. I am getting new emails suggesting that I order from them but no contact info to inquire about my order. Can you help?

10/07/2021 I ordered 2 (3xl) beds buy two get two free. When the confirmation came through they had charged me for 8 beds for $639.92. I have sent an email multiple times asking for my refund of $479.94 and they say they are processing it.. They say it will take 48 hours.. That is the response I get.. On there website there is no phone number and when I checked the bbb it shows them as a scam.. I have contacted my bank and they are involved now.. Please help

This company, Pets Unlimited, not the retail store, but the online store with the same name..does not reply to my email, and of course, no phone number to call. I ordered the pillow September 10, 2021. It was the "2" for "1" offer. I follow up Sept 13 and 17 with Talitha, to make sure I got the 2 for 1 offer. They said they are following up and would get back with me. I have never heard from anyone since then over 1 month ago. Email dates: 9/1/21, 9/9/21, 9/22/21, 10/9/21, 10/12/21, 10/17/21 - Talitha stopped responding after the 3rd email.

I ordered a buy one get one free dog bed on their site on August 25th. It took them one day to take my money. It has been 2 months, I have emailed them three times, September 27th, October 8th, and October 19th. I have heard back from them one time saying they're busy and would get back to me in 48 to 72 hours and to please respond to the original thread. That has been the only contact I've had from them. After reading all the complaints about this company of how many people that have stolen money from, I don't understand how they are still in business. They are scammers, they are thieves, and this company needs to be shut down.
I have contacted my bank to file a claim with them to get my money back I am next going to contact the Better Business Bureau.

I was pretty excited and saw this add for calming dog beds whilst on facebook.
Their reviews looked pretty positive and I thought these would suit our 2 dogs so I ordered the calming dog bed with an extra payment to receive a second one at a discounted price.
I have heard nothing back from the company Calming dog beds having emailed them several times.

I'm usually pretty sensible about online purchases however I fell into this one!

I ordered 1 BOGO in July 2021, I ONLY received 1. I have been writing every few days trying to get my second pet bed.
I have been told the color I ordered is out of stock, I requested another color.
I was told the color i ordered would be in within a weeks.
I was told if I did not want to wait I could have a refund.
I have requested the pet bed in any color or a refund, to get this matter resolved.
Now after 3 months they are not responding to my emails.
Poor customer service - false advertising.

On September 4, I ordered a calming dog bed from Pets Unlimited. The deal was buy one get one free. I paid $59.99 for the beds. I have not received anything.

On September 24, I emailed the company asking for an update on the dog beds. I got a response the next day saying they were out of the color of one of the beds and that they would send it as soon as it was in stock.

I checked today on the status of the beds and I get this message:
Something went wrong.
This store is unavailable.

I've emailed them again and have not received a message back.

I ordered a buy one get one free bed for my puppy. No tracking number, no beds.
I am demanding my money returned. I work very hard for my money, bunch of thieves.
I will continue to report you to everyone I can.
$89.00 later, I have received nothing.
