I ordered July 31 st 2021 and have not received the two dog beds I ordered. They have responded by email stating they will track my order, it was back ordered and then not sent. I have requested a refund in vain. I guess the next step is to contest the charge with my credit card company. This has been going on for the last 6 weeks
Avoid this company at all costs.

I am going through the same thing right now I ordered 2 dog beds in Aug 2021 they stopped responding to my emails in September and my credit card company pretty much just told me it sucks to be me
I just contested my charge with American Express. I purchased the bed on September 2. Today is December 1. I have emailed and submitted questions to the addresses they provided. I've received no responses.
If American Express doesn't credit me, I'm going to raise hell with Facebook. (As if that matters)
Same as above. I ordered my two beds Aug. 28th. Emailed them once and they told me the color was backordered. Weeks later, and several unanswered emails later, no response.
ordered two beds. Paid in full at time of ordering. sent email requesting refund or product, received nothing. beds were ordered in September 14, 2021, now is November 15, 2021 with still no response. Store does no longer show on web. Scammed!
I also ordered 2 beds and paid in full in aug 28 221, still waiting, can not even email any more, they shut their page down. this is a facebbook advertiser. ready to shut down facebook
I also ordered the 2 pet beds and never received them.
I to have been waiting for my comfy pet beds for over 2 months and payment was made in full to Affirm as they just confirmed last payment made.
But nothing from Pets unlimitef.
What a scam and Do Not Order anything from these people who call themselves Pets Unlimited. I now will work thru Affirm to get my money back or see if all of us who have been salcammed can take them to court
