I love My Sofa
I hardly write reviews, but I got more than what I was expecting and had to share it.
I love, love my sofa set. I was afraid it would be overwhelming in my bedroom, although it is a fairly big room to much stuff can make it look small. I was able to accomplish my two goals, a sitting area and an extra bed. The material was exactly what I chose. At first when you sit on it it feels a little stiff, but as you use it it starts conforming to your body. My husband tested the pull out bed and said it was confortable, and he is very hard to please. I hardly write reviews, but I got more than what I was expecting and had to share it.

Do not do business with them. As soon as you pay them you are on your own. I did not receive my entire order since 8/2022! No one responds to your emails and if you get lucky and get them on the phone, they would promise you to solve the issue by "tomorrow" but that day never comes. The workmanship is bad, the quality is bad, and you pay extra for leather that you don't get. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

They are not a credible company
They are not a credible company. Filed a dispute with BOA & ComplaintsBoard.com and won. Don't know how they got a 4.2 rating. Watch out.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
1. Customer bought furniture and requested a high level of customization (leather upgrade, leather color, sofa layout change, etc.)
2. When we sent the picture after making the sofa then customer raised concern that there is color mismatch and we had to explain and prove her that the sofa is made in the exact specifications requested and it took a week of back and forth call and email to convince them.
3. Customer refused delivery once and we had to pay double shipping charge to arrange redelivery
4. Customer decided to return the furniture and the return request was approved by MyAashis on the same day customer informed her intent to return.
5. Instead of returning the product, customer disputed with bank and wanted to get the product money back and also keep the furniture.
6. We made arrangement and picked up the furniture and refunded the amount to the customer.
7. Customer failed to get a free furniture and hence this review. We come across these type of customers and know how to handle them.
Myaashis customer service is really good. They quickly responded to all my emails and also kept me updated at every step of order fulfilment. Product is awesome and everyone is complimenting the new sofa we purchased :-)
