DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY! They are CORRUPT beyond belief! I used to work for them and they have NO compassion, empathy, or interest of or for their employees! They keep TWO sets of books ...one for the state and one of thier own...

They STEAL money out of thier employees paychecks and NOBODY will do anything about it! They hire the MOST vile, corrupt, vindictive, hateful, vicious ### they can find, for management.

They moved from Fairfield, CA to Texas to supposedly get away from all the harassment they were getting as a backlash for all the corrupt, dispicable, and underhanded dealings they were invovled with...screwing over thier employees, stealing money from their employees, paying off city council people to keep their contract...hell, if its illegal and corrupt, they do it!

Now they ve moved thier diseased company to Texas!

BEWARE!

You can find PLENTY of information on this corrupt company onine, via blogs, statements, and lawsuits they have and have had against them.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

IF YOU HAVE ANY BRAINS...RUN THEM OUT OF TEXAS!

SAN MATEO COUNTY CITY MANAGER, SAM TRANS, MV TRANSPORTATION, MV PUBLIC TRANSPORTATON REPEAT UNFAIR BUSINESSS PRACTICES UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES

I can say that today was and start to my anguishing dissatisfaction of having to be on reliant on public transportation in the San Mateo County California.

A County where the price tag of your transit ride can change at a moment’s depending upon whether or not you’ve FILED ADA, BAGGAGE, ABUSE, DOMESTICT TERRORSIT ASSUALT COMPAINTS AGAIST ANY OF THE BUS DRIVER’S OR NOT!

Then your day can be a merry and the scent of XMAS!

But I’d be LYING!

Today started out just like ALL THE OTHERS FILLED WITH HATEFUL, RACIST, SEXIOUS, AND DISCRIMINATORY SNAKE OIL KNOWNED TO MAN!

When it comes to regarding these companies and its employee’s REPEATEDLY OFFENDED, VIOLATED the following act: Domestic Terrorist Assaults, Hate Crimes, Retaliate Assaults, ADA Non Compliance, Discrimination, Color of Law Violations, Verbal, Physical Abuse, and Financial Abuse/Fraud against me and others since before my May 21st original complaint.

Just when I thought I had made my problems detailed in my complaint clear as and mathematic equation. So simply I thought that ANY layman would be able to understand what I and other American Consumer have to contend with on a daily basis. Most of these allegations were SUPPOSE TO BE BEING addressed in all of my previous complaint against the companies which were supported by copies of email communications to evidence the conversation.

Yes, today I am reporting the exact same issued of DOMESTIC TERRORIST ASSUALTS, RICCO, FRAUD, DECIET, CONSUMER PROTECTION, CALIFORNIA REFUND ACT and ADA just AS I HAVE DONE IN THE PAST.

I GUESS IT NOW SAFE TO ASSUME THAT neither companies San Mateo County Manager, Sam Trans, MV Transportation or MV Public Transportation has a company policy that that even begin to comply with even the basic requirements of California Civil Code Section 1723.

Since they are NOW REFUSING TO GIVE ANY CHANGE IN ANY FORM AT ALL!

Now it’s NO REFUND RETURNDED AT ALL NO MATTER WHAT, first it was NO CASH/TOKEN COMBINATION PURCHASES, now it’s NO DAY PASSESS CAN BE PURCHASES WITH TOKEN any purchase made issuing these form on payment tenured to PURCHASE TICKETS ALL WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND OF ANY TYPE BEING ISSUED NO CHANG CARD AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NO CASH WILL BE RETURNED.
YOU RECEIVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR BALANCES OWED DUE TO OVERPAYMENT$$$$$$$$!

One can ONLY HOPE that these EXCESS UNREPORTED INCOME, UNTAXABLE INCOME TO your COMPANIES are properly accounted for as MISCELLANEOUS INCOME.

Or maybe it should be reclassified On Your General Ledger as PUBLIC CORRUPTION/ RICCO EARNED INCOME or FRAUD!

Because, in California companies may ONLY limit exchanges or returns for credit or refunds on all, or some products may not allow exchanges or returns for credit or refunds at all.

However, that has NEVER BEEN DONE VIA ADS ON THEIR COACHES, TICKETS OR THEIR WEBSITE OR ANYTHING ELSE!

TAKE NOTE: The Sam Trans/MV Transportation coaches have just been updated with a NEW FARE AND TARRIFF CHART THAT IS NOW BEING DISPLAYED INSIDE THEIR COACHES. THE CAVIOT BEHIND THIS NEW POSTING IS THAT IT IS DATED 1/14/2014, THERE IS ALSO NUMEROUS EMPTY ADVERTISMENT SPACES ON EVERY COACH WHERE FEDERAL ADA, BAGGAGE LIMITS AND OR CIVIL RIGHTS PUBLIC NOTIFICATIONS SHOULD BE I HAVE PPICTURES OF PAST AND PRESENT ADVERITMENTS.

But whatever the limitation, IT MUST BE CONSPICUOUSLY DISCLOSED. BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE, CAREFULLY CHECK THE STORE'S POLICY.

The policy must be displayed either at each entrance to the store, at each cash register and sales counter, on tags attached to each item, or on the company's order forms, if any.

A return policy printed only on a receipt, for example, is not sufficient.

Once again this morning when I attempted to purchased my Disabled Bus Pass at a discounted rate of $2.50 at 1:58am on the 397 Bus Route, Bus No. 529, and Driver No. 7301 aka Fantastic.

I’m told well he is a WILLFUL REPEAT OFFENDER OF NUMEROUS DOMESTIC TERRORORIST ASSUALTS, some of which may not have been reported.

HOWEVER, I DO HAVE IN MY POSSITION DOCUMENATION OF THE UNCOUNTABLE VARIOUS DIFFERNTLY DOMESTIC TERRORIST ASSUALTS I HAVE BEEN

And I did not receive a (CASH OR CREDIT REFUND CARD) Unfair Business Practices of San Mateo County City Manager, Sam Trans Transit and MV Transportation Co. and MV Public Transit Co. violated (California Civil Code section 1723).

Due allow me the opportunity to explain it more simplicity so that we all are on the same page. Below you will see a copy of Sam Trans Fare Chart that we will be utilizing to further explain my theory regarding my allegations to support RICCO charges and Domestic Terrorist Assaults and Retaliation.

Day Pass

Day passes allow Sam Trans customers to ride Local routes all day using just one pass - an attractive choice for customers who ride more than one bus during the day. Day passes are available for Youth, Eligible Discount and Adult customers and are valid on all fixed-route buses until the end of the service day (2 a.m.) and carry a local-ride value. The ride value may be applied to any route with a higher ride value by paying the difference in cash, tokens, Change cards or Local-ride value tickets.

Day passes are purchased onboard the bus, directly from the fare box. Customers should let the bus operator know they would like to purchase a Day Pass before inserting payment. Customers may use cash or Change cards to purchase.

The fare box then will issue a magnetic Day Pass that customers will “swipe” at the fare box on future rides that day.
Day Pass Prices
Eligible Discount $2.50
Youth $3.00
Adult (local) $5.00

Tokens
Discounted tokens are available at Sam Tran’s headquarters in San Carlos, at Safeway stores in San Mateo County and at the Safeway stores at 4950 Mission St. and 3350 Mission St. in San Francisco, and other Sam Trans sales outlets. The tokens may be used on all regular Sam Tran’s bus routes and carry a local-ride value. The tokens may not be used to purchase Day passes.

Tokens have several advantages over cash fares, such as: Eliminate the need for exact change. Each token is good for one local ride. If multiple tokens are used for a higher-value route, a Change Card isn’t issued.

Do not expire, allowing riders to purchase them in advance and use them over an extended period.
Above I have provided you with the fare scale in effective on the day in question; as a state certified disable party I am entitled to the following fare options at a discounted rate: $1.00 for a one way trip or a Day Pass for $2.50.

Another key element in this equation is the Token with the Sam Trans site does not clearly begin to explain so allow me to do so.

Disabled Indigent person or unemployed individuals are subsidized with a coin that entitles them to a one way bus ride or $2.00 in transit transferable cash. This token can be COMBINED WITH A TRANSIT ISSUED CHANGE CARD OR CASH TO MAKE A LARGER PURCHASE OR COMPLETE A PURCHASE.

With that said let me AGAIN ATTEMPT TO EXPLAIN THE REPEAT FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES IN THAT TRANSPIRED WHICH PROVIDE EVIDENTUARYLY PROOF TO SUPPORT RICCO CHARGES, FRAUD WASTE AND ABUSE OF GOVERNMENT FUNDING, UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND VIOLATION OF CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1723.

Above you will find the actual a Token and Change card use in which to purchase a Disabled Day Pass maximum discount purchase price is $2.50.

If you look closely the change card presented for the purchase has a cash or exchange value of $1.50 that is a total purchase or exchange value of $3.50.

Now if you were to do the mathematic here you will discover that it does not equate!
Consumer transferable available cash:
a. Two tokens valued @ $4.00
b. Disabled Day Pass @ $2.50

TOTAL PURCHASING
POWER OF THE CONSUMER $ 1.50

TWO Tokens Valued @ $4.00
Disabled Day Pass ($ 2.50)

Balance Due to the Consumer $ 1.5O Refundable in the form of a in an OVERPAYMENT CHANGE CARD REFUND! But the Change Card has no value remaining?

AS USUAL I NEVER RECEIVED THE $1.50 OWED TO ME SO WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DOLAR THERE IS NO AUDIT TRAIL THAT REFLECTS THAT $1.50 IS ACTUALLY OWED TO ME HOW COULD YOUR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM POSSIBLY MAKE SUCH A SIMPLE ERROR.

WHERE ARE THESE OVERPAYMENTS GOING (BLACK HOLE) THAT THE REAL QUESTION AND MY DIRECT CONCERN?

The question here that I have poised time after time to CEO Jim Harnett and CEO of Customer Service and many other Regulatory bodies is why?

Is this simple mathematical equation beyond their reach!

Hmm

So, ONCE AGAIN I HAVE BEEN A VICITMIMIZED BY THE Unfair Business Practices of San Mateo County City Manager, Sam Trans Transit and MV Transportation Co. and MV Public Transit Co. violated (California Civil Code section 1723).

Earlier that morning I was ONCE AGAIN LEFT STANDING AT THE PALO ALTO TRANSIT CENTER (for the 100TH time) by Driver 7312 or 7314 I believe that’s ID No. Had he allowed me on his coach I would be able to be more definitive in my reporting.

This will information will ID the Driver as well as the coach if was and 297 bus that the Driver had changed to READ 397 it departed from the Palo Alto Transit Center right before the REAL 397 BUS SHOWED UP! I ATTEMPTED TO REPORT HOWEVER MY CELLPHONE WAS STOLEN ON THE BUS JUST WEEKS PREVIOUSLY!

Nonetheless this type of time has become the norm for ALL OF THE 397 AND 292 COMMUNTER departing from the south bay me in particular!

This has been and ongoing concern that I have attempted on several occasion to discuss with key Executives at San Trans and MV Transportation.

But, my every attempt was met with resentment, discuss and or intimidation or harassment and retailiative assaults.

Good afternoon, Deirdre. It was nice chatting with you yesterday to clarify the issues you were having with operators enforcing our fare policies.

As we discussed, the Day Pass is valid for unlimited rides on local routes in San Mateo County and into San Francisco. Customers may use it to travel on Route KX into San Francisco or Routes KX, 292 and 397 out of San Francisco by paying the balance required with cash, tokens, Change cards or Local-ride value tickets. For a customer using an Eligible Discount Day Pass, which has a ride value of $1, they would need to pay an additional $4 to ride KX into or out of San Francisco, and an additional $1 to ride Routes 292 and 397 out of San Francisco. The Fare Chart pasted below (from our website, included in our System Map and posted on an adcard inside our buses) shows that the Day Pass falls under the “Local” fare.

Below is the “Day Pass” information on our website (www.samtrans.com/daypass). I’ve highlighted the portions you were interested in:
• Pass carries a local-ride value
• Pass may be applied to a higher ride value route by paying the different in cash, tokens, Change cards or Local-ride value ticket
• The Day Pass may be purchased with cash or Change cards.

Tokens may not be used to purchase the Day Pass since tokens are already a discounted fare media.

As promised during our conversation, the bus operators for MV Transportation who operate our routes are being reminded of the policies, with emphasis on enforcing them consistently.

The SamTrans Codified Tariff outlines the fare policies under which we operate.

Passenger carry-on items

SamTrans does have guidelines on what can be brought onboard buses and it appears that the bus operators have provided accurate information to you. It’s an oversight that we don’t have that information on our website under the “Rider Information” tab and added it today. We also will include information about it in the next printing of our System Map.

Deirdre, your final sentence – “Before this situation becomes as EXPLOSIVE as the South Carolina massacre of innocent commuters.” – concerns me so I’ve shared it with our security personnel.

I hope this correspondence clarifies your understanding of our fare and carry-on policies. We appreciate you choosing SamTrans as your transportation option. If you have any further issues with the service or want to compliment any of our operators, please call our Customer Service Center at [protected] or complete our online form at www.samtrans.com/contact. These are the best ways to start the process so that we can do a thorough job.

Sincerely,

Rita

P. S. This is all managements fault and they do things that make employees lie. Because they say one thing about being honest and when we do they demean us and they harass us, as well as punish us for our honesty.

The above statements are completelly true. I work for them and we have a gm who works for both mv as well as another company b (The company we sub contract to drive for) . The gm tells company b one thing when another more horrific thing is really happening. They do hire extremely corrupt supervisors.
Everything the person above stated was for sure but even a slight
Understatement of the real reality of things.
Since ive been there their have been at least two (2) lawsuits against mv. And both have been settled off record and out of media scrutiny.
My only hopes are they get sued so bad they can never do this to another employee.
Just look up california lawsuits and find out how bad they really are.

Sad thing is that its a great place to be when your around other employees and we all love being around one another. . . But the company makes it so stressfull and when i go home i have chest pains and stressed out.
They allow the nastiness of gossip and slander and hatred to run rampant within the company and its illegal in the handbook as well as federally too. .
But even a boss has admitted to (In his own words) to say:
"the great thing about being in the position im in is i can grant whoever i want time off" this was also said to me by other employees about the same office manager.

MV Transportation is not a good company to do business with they used my company D'Faithful Transportation to get a contract we were DBE, MBE qualifed. After they won the contract they wanted my company to give them back the work that was promised to us. To force us out of business MV brought in another company B-Safe Transportation who had no experience in doing the work to force us out .A supervisor from Lynx watched B=Safe drop a patient on the ground two times when he tried to pull them off the road they said they only answer to John Mosbett from MV. MV require me to go from a one million dollar insurance policy to five million dollar policy which they knew would run us out of business.I got several lawyers to work on the case but I believed they paid off by MV they would start and then disappear this has happened three times with different lawyers. My business partner lost his life over this dealing with MV we lost a great deal of money.Anyone wanting to do business with MV I greatly advise you not to for you lose everything you have worked hard for. MV does not care about the minority, small businesses, they will use you as much as they can then throw you you out let garbage. Sincerely, Walter Dixon
