OBVIOUSLY youtube is throttling my account. As long as I am signed into my account I can not watch videos without youtube throttling my streaming. When I sign out I get perfect streaming. If I sign into a friends account I also get full stream. It is quite clear that ONLY youtube can do this and I can only imagine why. WFT guys, quit the censorship.
