This is had got to be one of the worst sites to put an ad up. You will get inundated with fake client calls and when you tell the site about fake clients or bad dates so that they can warn other profiles on the site, they don't feel that this is important.
One time a fake email used the owner Scott's name and claimed that I had won a contest and when the company was asked about this contest they never replied and when they did all they said is 'it seems like a scam'
Does the fact that your owner Scott's name was used not bother you?
so anyone can use Scott's name and get away with any crime and the website Mintboys won't care as long as they are not being harmed or taken for a ride, why would they do anything to protect the young men that they have listed on the site. One day someone is going to get murdered from a bad date and the site will just throw their arms up and say they had nothing to do with it but if they had just taken the time months prior by putting up a bad date sheet to warn other escorts then they would not find themselves cleaning up messes. Right now young men are being taken advantage of by clients and losing money by booking a fake client that never had the intention to follow through, so you don't book another client and lost out on both, or you took a full weekend booking only to find out it is fake.
The site will never help protect you so watch your own back and reach out to other escorts to see if they may have had a similar experience. The site owners and support are useless

I left my details there and then they asked for money and I ended up not activating my account for the $1 after that I got around free calls from different women pretending to be real asking me to prepay for meeting them.

Luckily, I had a great experience with someone I met from Mintboys. He's a really sweet guy, young, happy, honest. Could not have had a better experience!
However, I am VERY concerned for his safety and the safety of other young men on the site who simply do not have the experience to know what they might be getting into. Most young men in this trade operate under the illusion that, as long as they're a man, nothing will happen to them. This is why it's so important for a site like this to take responsibility and offer some protections for the people who are helping generate income for their site. My date was incredibly simple to set up. Way too easy with no verification process in place to protect either party. Absolutely unacceptable. Things better change soon.
