Murphy Appliance & Electronic Services review: This guy has serious anger issues

The guy was an absolute a-hole and completely rude on the phone. I didn't have him do any work, but he went off on me after I asked some simple questions. He told me to try resetting my fridge back to the factory temp setting. When I said I've changed that setting and I don't know what the factory setting should be he went off on some random story about how fast you should be driving your car. When I said I still didn't understand how that story relates to my question about what the factory setting should be, he said I was uneducated and racist because I think all immigrants don't speak english and hung up.

I don't know how asking him how his story about how fast you should be driving your car relates to the factory setting he wanted be to set my fridge to was racist, but he clearly has anger issues and certainly is not customer service oriented. If you use him for a repair you are definitely asking for trouble and a big confrontation.
