I recently made a big purchase from Mugsie, spending about $100 on a bunch of sublimation mugs. Unfortunately, four of the mugs arrived broken. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to get them replaced.

I reached out to the company and they asked me to send over a photo of the broken mugs and my order number. I did that right away, but then I didn't hear back from them for a few weeks. I sent a few polite follow-up messages, but still didn't get a response.

Finally, I got fed up and threatened to leave a negative review. That seemed to get their attention, because they told me the replacement mugs were on their way. But guess what? They never arrived. And now, when I try to contact the company, they're completely ignoring me.
